I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, steak tip Caesar wrap, small cheese pizza and Mike’s sampler app. I went inside to pick up and pay $60. On the screen it showed steak tip Caesar wrap with no Caesar dressing and I questioned it before paying. I wanted a steak tip Caesar wrap and asked why was there a note for no dressing. They said “we do not make steak tip Caesar wrap”. Mind you I ordered a Caesar wrap all you had to do was put dressing on the other wrap. Got home no dressing on the steak wrap which blows my mind and made no sense to me. Poor communication and if they do not make these wraps could have told me on the phone the first time and that never occurred.

I ordered for delivery and apparently if you want cheese on your meatball Parm sub you have to ask for it. The sauce was absolutely horrible on the meatball sub. I asked for a grand slam pizza small it had so many peppers on it. That’s all you tasted. I asked for sweet sauce. They didn’t use it. I was excited to go there, but you know what never again absolutely the worst experience. I called the girl and she says oh well do you wanna talk to the manager I said we’ll do any good and she said NO! So before you go there again think about it it’s not like it used to be. The food was so disgusting. I actually threw it away. If I could give less than one star, I would

Yesterday I ordered 5 ham & cheese subs a large pie and drinks . $105.00. All the subs were so soggy the driver forgot the pizza and it took him 45 mins to bring it back . This morning I check my account and they charged me $210.00 Now I’m waiting until they open to call them. We order all the time and I’m so disappointed.

Sicilian pizza was amazing, as well as the customer service. But the “hand breaded tenders” were terrible. Almost inedible. The chicken was so dry and overcooked we had to toss them out. Wish we got 2 pizza instead. Bummer.

In the bottom three of worst steak and cheese subs ever and have been eating subs for over four decades. Basically paid over $14 for weird tasting bread which tasted burnt but wasn't toasted. About 4 inches of one end didn't even have anything in it. I would call it a bread with a little bit of steak sub. I didn't taste much cheese and it didn't even have the mayo I ordered on it. I know the price of beef is up but this was beyond ridiculous.
