Too much corn starch in the gravy and soup made the flavors very dull and bland. The mei fen tastes good but the cuts of chicken had a lot of connective tissue. I felt bad for the little girl running back and forth to bring the orders out to people.

We went for my mom's 90th birthday and the service and food was impeccable. The dining area was on the smaller side but still big enough to fit all 7 of us comfortably.

Kid-friendliness: My family’s kids birthday parties are there quite often, and we, as adults also enjoyed it all at the same time. The owner and her staff are great and I recommend this place ( I especially love the beef or teriyaki chicken)

Panda Gourmet in Hudson is a Chinese culinary delight with some interesting plates that raise the level above the typical. I went with the delightful Yu Hsiang Style Shrimp and Scallops for the entree with Hot Chicken Wings and Crab Rangoon for appetizers. The Shrimp and Scallops were perfectly prepared in a deliciously spicy sauce. The Hot Chicken Wings appear to be amped up with a proprietary blend of spices that make them quite unique and most excellent. The Mai Tais were very good and tasty. Very much recommended.
