The service we always have is top notch, “as usual” the bartender/server who works every Tuesday and weekends I can’t say enough about. The food is off the charts especially the seafood. “Not frozen” always fresh… Royal Pizza is a hidden gem. It’s a must try and you will be hooked.. The chicken wings are far the best I have had.. keep up the great service and food.. Five star restaurant *****

Very disappointed with my experience here. The owner is extremely rude and clearly doesn’t know how to treat customers with basic respect. He’s always in a rush and lacks any sense of professionalism. I ordered a cheesecake, and it was honestly terrible—tasted old, the fruits were dry, and the frosting and cake itself had lumps. Definitely not fresh. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I used to love this place and was a loyal customer for a long time. The food has always been solid, and I genuinely wanted to keep supporting them. But unfortunately, the last few times I’ve ordered, my order has been wrong— receiving a BBQ chicken pizza not a buffalo chicken pizza, getting a calzone instead of a pizza, things like that. I let it slide the first couple of times because I get that mistakes happen.
This time, though, I finally decided to speak up and let them know—and honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the response. All they offered was $5 off my next order, which felt like a brush-off more than a resolution, especially given the repeated issues. I’m not looking for freebies, just for my order to be right and for the service to reflect that they value their regular customers.
I really hope they tighten things up, because I’d love to go back to recommending them the way I used to.

Came here for lunch today, specifically for a North Shore Beef. There's been some chatter about this place in the NSB groups on social media, so... I gave 'em a shot. Dining room - beautiful! Service - very, very friendly North Shore Beef - ...not bad, but needs a bit of work. The changes I would like to see in their NSB are: • Griddle the bun! Don't not griddle it. Make it crisp, but still fluffy inside. • Warm up the Jimmy Rivah bbw sauce a bit. Don't use cold bbq sauce, • Add a little more mayo.... • Slice the beef just a bit more thin This all being said it was still a good sandwich. The onion rings were awesome, btw!!! 👍😎 Thank you!

Worst experience. This family-owned restaurant runs with only 2 members. Makes the customers waiting forever to get the food.

Super friendly. Excellent pizza at a great price! Perfect spot to order ahead and grab a pie for the family on the the way back from sports games and other outings. Their ricotta pistachio cake is delicious too.

Tried it out despite mixed reviews from the community. Service was so-so, beer was foamy and close to being flat. There was no bartender actually on, seemed like the lady doing takeout orders was doing both. Just ordered mozzarella sticks and they were good. Tried to watch the football game and they use a firestick that just buffers every 5 seconds. Would try them again, but only for takeout.

I ordered teriyaki chicken wings and got hot and spicy chicken wings and you were getting ready to close but the steak was good even with copious amount of mustard
