I suppose in its continuing effort to squeeze profit out of their rickety operating model irrespective of alienating customers, SC has committed an encore stunt. For years we'd routinely drop in for supplies and invariably some family members would grab food at the "cafe". Or we'd take an entire pizza or two home with us. Well last weekend we decided to take the trek to Hudson with the intention of bringing a few pizzas home. Guess what? We were refused service. Unannounced to its customers they no longer take in store orders and you're expected to (1) have a smartphone with you and (2) install their spyware app on it and (3) give it a credit card as that the only way payment is accepted. Can't just walk up to the cash register (it's been ripped out!) give the attendant your order (they no longer will speak to customers) and pay with a few bills (register gone, see above). Nope, go away we don't want your business. This episode was preceded by several other memorable slaps like when we'd asked for a paper plate for a child to use eating a hotdog (the tables were filthy) and we were told "NO. We don't give paper plates for hotdog purchases". And the time the attendant tossed the register receipt in the trash and refused to give it to us. This is needed particularly in the Hudson location as we've been shorted on an order and the only way to prove what you've paid for is the receipt. The message in this series of annoying and alienating stunts by SC squarely is to drive customers away. Congratulations! You have succeeded. MalWart is often cheaper for most of what we had bought in SC and moreover does not rub salt in the wounds with a yearly membership fee. If I ever miss pulling weird geometry cardboard boxes out of a garbage bin to pack my purchases, I'll drop into Aldi's where the English language can still be used to communicate with the staff.
My experience going to Sam Club with my kids wasn’t a good welcome. My 1 year old have no mask and 1 worker just talk to my daughter too close without a mask . At least people need to distance 6 feet away because even you fully vaccinated you still can get sick and separated to others people especially kids .

Just left Sams Club in Hudson…NH…
Just left Sams Club in Hudson…NH… Lots of traffic so drove around the back to avoid it… Two employees were out back dumping boxes and boxes Like over 15 of food into the dumpster! What is wrong with them? At Xmas when so many need food… Not gonna buy it was bad..there was ALOT of it. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN !
The gas station stops are horrible . Most of the gas tanks are left sided . But they have a single lane with half of their fuel tasks for right sided tanks . 20-30 minutes of fuel burning to save few cents ? I talked to the manager . He politely dismissed my suggestion. Guys , do not burn your fuel here to save few cents . Go somewhere else

Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. I went through a checkout line where the cashier forgot to scan my hamburger which I found out when I tried to leave and handed the gentleman my receipt at the door. My options were to except his blank stare or ask him what I’m supposed to do then and he replies with he doesn’t really know but I can go stand in the checkout line all over again. After I told him he could take the meat out of my cart then because I didn’t have time to stand in line all over again I proceeded to call the store and speak with a manager who was also extremely rude and had zero answers for me. I was by no means looking for anything for free but a little common courtesy and customer service would’ve gone a long way.
No latex gloves littering the parking lot. Very nice change!
