This place is fantastic.It has a great inventory and, while it took me a bit to find a few items, it was probably more because this was my first time in the store than any real layout issues. You should probably be prepared to find things on your own as the staff is routinely bouncing around getting work done.However, everyone I needed to speak with was great.

I create this Yelp, just so I can review this. Their selection of fruits and junk food is great. Bakery no complaints. But customer service on the other hand, well no one can helped us. There were 3 employees, they all acted like they couldn't help me or made me repeat myself to laugh at my English. They were laughing and snickering when I asked about a clothing item and if they had more in a box somewhere. The sign says it was up to size 16 for youth shacket. But I could only find ones up to size 12. I also bought Lindt chocolate from them and the quality of that chocolate I would say "old" it wasn't the same quality I would get usually from Lindt. The chocolate was blooming. Anyways, it's just like Walmart the same customer service is the exact same. But I like their selections of items in store though. Lol it is what it is. Costco customer service is probably the best out of these wholesalers. In my opinion. But I don't like Costco food selection. It is what it is.

The old man (greeter) has some issue with carding me every time I come here and shop. I'm not sure if he's racial profiling me but it seems to be an issue with the 7-8th times shopping here. He doesn't card anyone else who's in front of me and behind me. But he likes to stop me and pull me aside asking for my membership card a lot. I don't look like a criminal, felon etc. I have hold my composer with this man over and over but it was getting annoying. I've notice the other customers who are white, black and Hispanics weren't showing the greeter their cards but for me? It's always mines and other Asian customers. I've asked the man why am I always getting carded? He stayed quiet. I kept saying, I knew it. It's cause I'm Asian. It's always because I'm Asian. The next time I'll come back, he will card me out of everyone AGAIN. So don't say I'm complaining because racial profiling is serious and that's what this man is doing to me.

I recently noticed a charge on my Sam's Club credit card that was not one that I made. I went into the club with my statement and spoke with Jeanette in the customer service department. She explained that it was not a charge made in the club and there was a phone number along with the charge that I could call. She saw that I was upset and since there were no other customers in line she actually called the number so that we could identify the charge. After speaking with that company's rep it was obviously a fraudulent charge. Jeanette recommended that I contact the credit card company to report the fraudulent charges which I did. This company has been charging my card each month x6 and I just noticed it. Jeanette went over and above typical customer service. Thank you!

This has been my go to wholesale club. They have gas station unlike nearby costco. In the recent past, the prices have been high and comparable to any wholesale or retail store. This makes me wonder if o want to buy in bulk. Best part is the scan and go. You can simply scan the items using the phone app and pay and walk out. No hassle to wait in lines.

I'm a paying member mainly because of the lower priced gas. 5 days ago it was worth it, today the price is now 45 cents higher and there are local gas stations now lower than here. Complete waste of my money joining for lower gas prices.

My experience going to Sam Club with my kids wasn’t a good welcome. My 1 year old have no mask and 1 worker just talk to my daughter too close without a mask . At least people need to distance 6 feet away because even you fully vaccinated you still can get sick and separated to others people especially kids .

Go to Costco. Theses people are not smart enough to figure out how to do a return. We spent 2 hours returning 2 items and they still could not get the computers to work. They kept saying they are understaffed. If that's the case then shut down! Costco is a much better option and has a higher quality group of products.

I recently had tire replaced and I was not impressed to say the least. After replacement of tire, there were glues all over the tire and quite messy and tire also generated lots of noise. They could not figure out why. It turns out it is due to tire type according to my mechanic. This place is idiots who have no idea how basic science work.

I just can't believe the horrible experience I received from Sam's club today. I ordered my all season run flat tires on 10/29/21. I waited over 3 weeks for the tires to be installed. As an essential worker I've limited time. The two gentleman informed me it would take 1hr to install and that occurred promptly. However, I happened to notice they were the wrong tires.The (Tire team lead) and his colleague were very nice and apologetic and attempted to resolve the issue by looking for the appropriate tires online. While they were trying to help me another colleague asked them what they were doing and they told him what had happened, he proceeded to tell them " let them drive off with those tires what's the big deal they'll not know". The team lead made him aware I was standing right next to him and that those tires had no warranty and that I had ordered Michelin tires all season run flat. Team lead and his other colleague were were professional, thorough and very helpful. The overall dismissive behavior was concerning, I wonder how many people have been serviced with the wrong parts from what they ordered.

I wasn't sure if I was even gonna bother reviewing this Sam's Club at first. But after a few months of thinking on it, I decided I probably should, if only to cover the things that make it slightly different from all the other Sam's Clubs out there. The first thing to understand is how much competition there is up here for stores selling in bulk. The reason we still go to Sam's as opposed to Costco or BJ's is because it's the first and only wholesale membership we ever purchased. And as the saying goes: "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it". All the usual stuff applies. The gas is definitely cheaper here than most other gas stations. The location is pretty strict on checking everyone at the front entrance for their membership card (digital or physical). Also, contactless payment via the app is the way to go! Speaking of which, one thing still irks me to this day. One time when I was filling up for gas, this old dude who looked just about ready to keel over comes up and says, "Sir, you can't use your phone at the gas pump". Now, ordinarily I wouldn't care so much about this....except I was PAYING FOR THE DAMN GAS WITH MY PHONE!! Yeah! You can scan the QR code on the pump to pay. Although the app itself is slow as turtles waddling through peanut butter and, for no particular reason, requires I verify the zip code on my card. Every. Single. Time. It's vexing, to say the least. Everything else about this Sam's is pretty standard, otherwise. They have a TON of handicap parking spaces available and the location is conveniently placed by the turnpike. I only come here for certain items which I don't like constantly refilling on a weekly basis (I.E. TP and paper towels). But I'm eternally grateful there's at least one Sam's close to us. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure I'd burn a hole in my pocket paying for all this expensive a** New England gas everywhere else. Sam's Club is the true VIP which deserves 4 freshly updated gas pumps with contactless pay options out of 5.
