I had to return several drinks because they never get my simple orders correct. Everytime I order a drink, they either are all out of the ingredients, or they simply make it completely wrong. I have asked countless to make sure my drink is decaf and they always add caffeine to it. I say “thank you” and get nothing but dirty looks constantly. Store is full of a bunch of mean high school girls. Your employees are nothing but extremely rude

The man working drive thru this morning 7/15/25 around 10am was super rude.
I went on the app and saw there’s a secret drink and ordered it. Once I got to the window he handed me their regular mango dragonfruit refresher. I asked for it to be made as advertised and he told me “we don’t do make modifications” and made me pay for the drink I did not ask for. Sounds like barista isn’t your profession considering I can customize it on the app…

Apparently Hudson Starbucks is now in the business of selling Ice as I see somebody else posted a very similar review as to what I experienced this 3 days ago. I ordered a refresher lemonade I asked for light ice and I got a $10 cup of ice at the drive-thru. I went in to ask for a new drink and they basically told me tough sh*t that's how we make them. I reminded them that I asked for light ice and they told me this is light ice. You be the judge is this light ice? And I thought a grande was $7... Why did they charge me $10? Cuz I see the other person mentioned that they spent $7 I think for a grande. I ordered the same but was charged $10 and didn't ask for anything extra all I asked was for less ice and no joke, I took two and a half sips I'm not all I got for my $10. I will not be going back to this place again. I'll drive over the bridge to the Starbucks by the Nashua Mall where they actually give you quality products unlike this Starbucks which based on what I've read on the Hudson Town groups, Hudson would be a lot better off if they just turn this into something else. Heck make it a second dunkin' donuts because even though I really don't drink coffee much anymore I'd much rather have a small iced coffee that actually has coffee in it as opposed to paying $10 for a couple of ice

Been coming to this location for the past couple of weeks and the only people there who make a difference is the workers Shania, Delly, And C (I can't remember the names to the fullest).
Coming from a barista background,t he amount of times I have seen That one girl have to man the whole store practically with no help at all is insane and uncalled for. Shouldn't there be at least 4 people? That's how it was before. She provided me a great customer experience but is the company providing this hard worker the recognition and help she deserves? Is that stress really worth the bi- weekly pay and attitude from A LOT of these Karens and Carls?

The most inconsistent location I’ve been to recently :( I order the same coffee every day and have been ordering it for months from different locations. I have ordered a lot from this location as well, but the last 3 times I ordered it, it’s been made wrong & I had to have it remade twice due to too much cream. It was suggested that I alter my order to 1/4th an inch of cream instead of 1/2. As I mentioned, I’ve ordered the same drink for months and have never had an issue with the amount of cream with 1/2 an inch. I got the same coffee today and it’s extremely burnt to the point that I can’t drink it. I didn’t bother having it remade because it would be the 3rd time in the last week and a half and at that point it’s my fault for continuing to go back. Not sure what’s going on, but I’ll be going to a different location moving forward. When you’re spending $6 on a coffee, you’d hope for some consistency :(
I couldn’t decide on a beverage (as I frequently get the same thing) and was looking for something different. Mikayla went out of her way to make me something special to cater to my afternoon sweet tooth. Thank you my love!

Ordered a venti refresher with no ice , my cup was only half full i return my drink was asked what's wrong I said I ordered a venti and my cup is not full. As I go to pick it up he saids just to let you know most places will charge you extra$$$ well that's fine I have no problem but that information should have been mentioned when ordering! Not after I pick up!

i am a regular customer of this coffee shop but today there is a new employee he is very tall he is not friendly not good service and he is very racist to us Asians me and my friends have ordered here and all have the same thought he is not good service and he is not happy very annoying

drive thru employee was not friendly at all, coffee tasted burnt, and chocolate croissant wasnt warmed like i ordered. i spent $14 including a $2 tip. this location is not normally like this.
Music is way too loud to have a conversation through my mother’s hearing aids, and the employees rudely refused to turn it down.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a long time now and recently it’s just gone downhill. Granted you give the benefit of the doubt once maybe twice but this third time was it. The coffee isn’t made right and when I went to ask about my order, which I apparently wasn’t paying attention, all I asked was if my coffee was made and they told me “should be over there” and I said it wasn’t because I also hate going through each cup touching other people coffees…they went over and grabbed mine and said “this doesn’t say your name?” Which I then thanked them but won’t be coming back at all.
