It is all good. Always love SB coffee. But if you happen to be at the time of supplies delivery during the winter, you’ll regret it. They keep the door wide open during the whole delivery which could last a while. It feels as if you are having a coffee in the middle of nowhere. Sooooo cold.

Ordered ahead of time because I was running low on time. Drink was ready, didn't even start to consider my food until I got there and asked about it. Everyone was just looking around cleaning no other customers, very disappointed and couldn't even get a refund

i know the jobs itself is hard already, but at the same time that doesnt mean prioritize conversations on the floor over drinks. the past two times ive come to this location my drink has been made incorrectly and i notice when its a certain group of girls working together. just be a little mindful when making drinks and learn how to sequence, thats it thats all..

I went on a very busy Saturday morning and although I only waited about 10 minutes I was given a coupon to come back and get a free drink. Everyone there was given one and I think that was really amazing and kind. The Starbucks team was working very hard and it does not go unnoticed. Thank you all.

Stopped by this morning (9/7 around 11am) and had a disappointing experience. The man at the drive-thru had a rude tone and an unfriendly way of speaking — no basic courtesy at all. Looking through other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. On top of that, drinks are inconsistent. A simple cortado shouldn’t be either too sweet or bitter, but here it’s rarely right. Won’t be coming back.
