i am a regular customer of this coffee shop but today there is a new employee he is very tall he is not friendly not good service and he is very racist to us Asians me and my friends have ordered here and all have the same thought he is not good service and he is not happy very annoying

drive thru employee was not friendly at all, coffee tasted burnt, and chocolate croissant wasnt warmed like i ordered. i spent $14 including a $2 tip. this location is not normally like this.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a long time now and recently it’s just gone downhill. Granted you give the benefit of the doubt once maybe twice but this third time was it. The coffee isn’t made right and when I went to ask about my order, which I apparently wasn’t paying attention, all I asked was if my coffee was made and they told me “should be over there” and I said it wasn’t because I also hate going through each cup touching other people coffees…they went over and grabbed mine and said “this doesn’t say your name?” Which I then thanked them but won’t be coming back at all.

My son and I went through the drive thru this morning. Makayla was so friendly and nice. We chatted for a few minutes while we waited for our coffee. It was such a nice change from the usual person running the drive thru who is so rude and says..."is that it?" over and over and said "that's what you ordered...bye!!" and shut the window on me when I said my coffee was wrong. Even going inside the staff Is so over the top friendly and nice except that one person. He shouldn't be in customer service.

Wow. I definitely have to agree with the previous reviews on the guy in the drive thru. Absolute jerk and you can tell he hates his job. My overpriced coffee was made wrong and when I asked him to fix it he was extremely rude. I’m all set with this Starbucks now. I think it’s also worth mentioning that I paid cash and he took it upon himself to keep some of the change.

All four staff completely ignored me when I wanna order a drink as walk-in. They dont even looked at me for a second when I talked directly to them at the register. Rude as hell and have some manners

No hot coffee after noon. Was told they do no make hot coffee after noon time. Never been to Starbucks that didn't have hot coffee. Had to go across the street to Dunkin to get hot coffee. My wife and me spend $300 dollars a month at Starbucks. We decided to maybe start using Dunkin more offen.

One of your cashiers at the drive through has zero personality. All of the others are great. I’ve had one to many issues with him. I questioned my drink which I get several times per week he responded 3 words and shut the window. I spend at least $24 per week you may have lost me as a customer.

Short hair dirty blonde guy at the window has the personality of a dead fish, was very rude and it’s clear he hates his job there. Got to the window where shoves the tip screen into my face before anything then passes us the drinks without what we ordered. Nobody’s forcing you to serve coffee man, try a different career field in something you might excel at, possibly 3rd shift mortician worker? You got my 12 bucks this time Starbucks but never again, I know you’re a soulless corporation but even you guys should know. Lose one customer, lose ten. Don’t waste your money here ppl drink was suspicious, we dumped because of mysterious stuff floating in the drinks.

‘Jess’, who wasn’t wearing a name tag, is EXTREMELY rude and needs an attitude adjustment. It’s okay to have a bad day, it happens, we all have them. However it is never okay to take it out on a customer. I asked a simple question and was greeted with an irritated look, two undeserved rude statements and a not so great beverage.Unacceptable behavior in general but especially for someone working in customer service.

Mediocre. They didn't have dark roast after 12 and the medium roast they gave me was gross. It had a tiny amount of cream and sugar and tasted like it was old. Don't waste your time.

Why is their Biden Harris signs on the lawn in the drive thru ?????? Just because your managers love being woke will loose you plenty of business I highly recommend getting rid of that sign as fast as you can I'm sure if someone stuck a trump sign in the lawn it would be lit on fire and on tic Tok
