Subway's Hudson location is easy to overlook, but the food and service are at the top of the line for this franchise. If you are looking for a tasty, filling, but inexpensive meal, definitely stop in there. Make sure you ask for or have your frequent customer card with you to accumulate points toward an eventual discount. This is a good choice when you want something just a little bit special but you don't want to cook for dinner.

This place never has more than one person working when I go in and they are always very friendly and efficient despite being short handed. I've never had a bad sandwich from this location. It's always clean and everything is delicious. Cut these people some slack they are doing their very best.

I know chains are supposed to be the same, and they tend to be. But I find that service and the people also make a huge difference. I have gone into this Subway multiple times and I really enjoy talking with the women who owns the place each time. She's always friendly, hard working and takes pride in her work, which shows not only in the appearance of the store but in the preparation of the food :)

This is the worst subway in the world, every time I try to go there all the veggies have freezer burn and the refrigerators dont work properly (much like they're employees) it's freezing the vegetables, very very slow service, I tried to give them one more shot today I went in it was two people in line that's it, in the person behind the counter told me she wouldn't be able to make my sub it was a very very long wait, with only two people in line, me and two women who walked behind me had to leave because she said she couldn't make our subs, what a joke! If I could give zero Stars I would
