Stopped for pizza on the way to a nearby hockey game at Cyclones Arena. The crust was great, great crunch, not thick or greasy. Staff were kind, dining area was clean. Large menu. Will stop again.

Very poor quality. The sauce was slimy and watery and the cheese had a cheap taste to it. The dough was hard and tough, almost like jerky and it was poorly cut. There were a ton of cheap seasonings on it as well. It was extremely watery and gross. Frozen pizza is much better than this and much cheaper as well.

One cheese burnt to hell, not just the cheese on top, black bottom and crust which took over an hour. The replacement? TWO HOURS STILL INEDIBLE. Yes they were apologetic and didn't charge but I'm sorry if you send someone 1 burnt pizza there's no excuse to take 2 hours to send a second burnt one. We ordered at 5pm. Didn't get out 2nd burnt one until 845pm. I picked maybe 5 bites off 2 pieces and my father's who's older pretty much went without that night thanks to suppas. Yay a 20% off coupon just in case we feel like a 3rd burnt pizza. Happy to give it away to anyone who likes overly well done pizzas. Terrible food. People have good intentions but don't know how to make pizza and as far as NY style? Um definitely NOT

First off, Food was decent. Wasn’t the worst Pizza, and luckily it was still warm. Saying as though it took an hour or so for our order of 2 pizzas to finally move to delivery on the website. And that was only after I had to call a rude lady at the store. I told her it’s been an hour and it’s only on the kitchen phase, she immediately said “It’s delivering sir!”… I guess she looked up my number fast but when I asked her to check the status of the driver for me, she said “Yes I’ll check it for you sir” followed by rudely hanging up and not calling back. The delivery driver was nice but overall I’m not ordering from here again. 2-3 stars at best. I understand they could be busy but at least let me know what’s going on.

Ordered a fat steak. No mozzarella, 1 mozzarella stick. No bbq. Says cheddar but was some kind of crappy nacho cheese. And then the woman tells me there’s 3 in the sub I’m staring at right in front of me. And continues to tell she “assures me there is 3 mozzarella sticks on the sub” after I kept telling her there isn’t and regardless the sub was made wrong, she offers me a 10% discount on my next order! Place is a joke. Customer service is a joke. Won’t see me ordering from there again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money.

This place has some unreal, true American food. This is a 5 star, top tier gourmet resteraunt. If you're thinking about trying them, I highly encourage. They have a huge menu with a ton of delicious things to try

We have ordered a chicken Ranch pizza, which was really delicious and to try new flavors must visit this amazing place. Place is really neat and clean for Dine in. Highly recommend this place to eat when you’re really hungry. Not only fills your tummy, it fills your heart too.

We only order from Suppas for pizza and subs! The food is delicious, service is incredible, and they're so kind and delivery is very quick too. Food is always hot and correct. The onion rings are really good, and of course as is the pizza and subs. The portions are big enough for multiple meals too!
