Pizza was great ad usual, however the price was too high. I ordered a plain cheese pizza and a penna with meatballs,the total cost was, $32.31. I picked up the order.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the entire world. When I say this, I mean that after 15 years of being in the military, I have traveled all over the world and experienced some amazing food. I will still choose Wally's over any of it. Unfortunately, I now live in Minnesota and am not able to get home to New Hampshire very often, but every time I do, I make sure I stop in to get food here. I have never been able to find pizza like this anywhere and wouldn't mind if Wally sent me the recipe sometime so I can try my best to make it here in Minnesota. The subs are also unbeatable. I really like the chicken finger sub with lettuce and mayo, but also love the Steak and Cheese with mayo. I have never been disappointed with this place. Wally, Thank you for all of the food I've had from your shop for the last 30 plus years.

I've loved Wally's for 20 years, but lately they're starting to get orders wrong more and more often and it doesn't seem like they're at all interested in making things right. I ordered chicken tenders, they gave me chicken wings instead, but I didn't realize that until I got home. I had my kids try them to see if they would eat them instead but they don't like them. I tried to call to see if they would fix my order but because I wasn't paying attention when she rattled off the order to me, and because we bit a piece of chicken, apparently I'm stuck with wings my kids won't eat unless I'm willing to pay for a new order of tenders which is completely ridiculous. They can't reuse the wings even if I brought them back so why not just fix it?!
What kind of restaurant won't make an order right, especially when the customer is willing to drive all the way back just to pick it up!? I'm extremely disappointed, this is incredibly bad customer service. There's such a bad taste in my mouth that Wally's might be losing a 20 year customer who orders food weekly over a 7 piece tenders!!!

I've been going there for a while, and it's a great place. It's unfortunate that some people leave bad reviews because they have nothing better to do. Complaining about shaken up soda is ridiculous—it's not the staff's fault. It's like they think the staff knew they were coming and shook up the soda on purpose. Some people just need to find something better to do with their time other then that nobody is perfect and I always get greeted with kindness and respect

Legendary era of Wally's Pizza = 1999-2007. (Philly Cheese Steak). Their white cheddar/mayo recipe was original and blended to perfection, and the beef was 1/16inch thin-minced, a finely chopped/finely ground mix.
It was default for them to put white cheddar in it, evenly distributed and melted into the beef.
I mostly ordered mine with just mayo as a topping with no other toppings. I just dipped it, per bite, into a mix of BBQ, ketchup and hot sauce. (You could add sautéed onions, bell peppers etc.- but that, I never did often)
Half of Philadelphia itself would have been rivaled and defeated! Wally's Pizza! Should we say, criminally under-rated? Or just nostalgic sentiment? ...Under Rated! as from what I remember while salivating.
