Definitely a location with some of the best views in Jackson NH. But, it pains me to say, the food was not what you'd expect when you walk in and see how beautiful their dining room is. Amen for exceptional service. And when asked if my meal was okay, I did not have the heart to tell the lovely waitress that it falls very short and the chief should be embarrassed to serve the cut of meat that he did, presenting it as a rib eye. And a rib eye at $42.00. The taste and texture...
Not thrilled with renovations. Miss the rustic look. Loved the exec chef in the past. New menu is limited and charges for everything (like bread, syrup, etc.). Need a burger, a new york strip, pasta, etc. Onion soup way too salty. Pricey breakfast—we ate out second day.
Our visit to Eagles Landing Tavern was nothing short of unforgettable. From the breathtaking views to the impeccable service and delicious food, it’s truly been one of the highlights of our trip. If you can, reserve a spot on the veranda; the small deposit goes right toward your bill, making it more than worth it for such a stunning setting.
