We have stayed here probably four times. Each time with children, this last time with our dog.
We have stayed in air BNB’s, motels, and five star all inclusive resorts.
For a classic New England experience, while seeing the sights in New Hampshire, I would 💯 recommend this hotel.

Definitely a location with some of the best views in Jackson NH. But, it pains me to say, the food was not what you'd expect when you walk in and see how beautiful their dining room is. Amen for exceptional service. And when asked if my meal was okay, I did not have the heart to tell the lovely waitress that it falls very short and the chief should be embarrassed to serve the cut of meat that he did, presenting it as a rib eye. Not thrilled with renovations. Miss the rustic look. Loved the exec chef in the past. New menu is limited and charges for everything (like bread, syrup, etc.). Need a burger, a new york strip, pasta, etc. Onion soup way too salty. Pricey breakfast—we ate out second day.
