Stopped in for a sandwich and got a whole lot more. Literally the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Felt like family. The food was fantastic. Normally I'm not big on soup. But both the sandwich and soup (butternut squash, carrot) were fantastic. Would recomend Melinda's to anyone. We will be back next time we're in town.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Madeline's Deli during our trip to Jackson, and it quickly became our favorite lunch spot. The Tikka Masala Soup was a delightful burst of flavors, and the #1 Turkey Sandwich was simply divine. The service was impeccable, and the staff made our experience truly enjoyable.What stood out the most was the high quality and fantastic taste of the food. What a cute and cozy spot! The sandwiches and soups were absolutely delicious. If you are undecided, the offer flights of soups which are perfect to split. Highly recommend! There isn't a bad option. Staff is also so sweet and welcoming. Will visit again!:)

This little sandwich shop is a GEM!! Amazing homemade soups , they even serve "Soup flights " (3 for $14 ) The Sandwich's are huge , my husband and I split one & they were stuffed with an overly generous portion of meat ! Definitely make the trip here if you're in the area !!

Oustanding service! Beautiful outdoor seating. Delicious food. The menu is small, and there was little vegetarian fair, but they made us a custom vegetarian sandwich. Definitely stop here if you are in Jackson.

Being Vegetarian, I found perfect sandwiches here , all veggies were marinated in avocado sause. It was run and own by two locals , they have their own recipes. I definitely recommend this tavern style deli in Jackson city near mount Washington area.
Fantastic service, great for a quick bite to eat. I asked if there were any vegetarian options and one of the lovely ladies working there offered to throw together a delicious sandwich with a balsamic vinaigrette she makes.
