As many of you may know multiple subways in my area were shut down after failing food and health inspection. Multiple locations close their doors for good. Don't let this shy you away from other subways. This was my first time ordering from this Subway location. The online process was extremely simple, with clear and easy to follow options. Check out was secure. Upon arrival the subway front was large and upon entering I was pleasantly surprised at how large inside Subway was. This location is immaculately clean. I'm going to go so far as to say this subway is cleaner than any restaurant I've eaten at in the last 10 years. I was taking care of by a very lovely young man. The meat cheese and vegetables all looked very fresh along with the area to make our subs. The seating area is very large huge picture windows to look out. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing I highly recommend a sit in lunch here. What I was surprised about was when the employee explained to me when you order online You do not then need to come to Subway and stand in line to pick it up. There was a designated area where all online orders are placed your name is on your bag You then turn around and you pick out your own bag of chips and your own drink if you had chosen those sides to go with your sandwich. Ordering online I also learned that there is a special every day of the week. They are exceptional specials at $6.99 I purchased a 6-in sub with a bag of chips and a drink. I will definitely become a frequent flyer at this subway location.

cleanest subway i’ve been in! very nice, clean & tidy inside. service was great as well! the employee Zachery helpped me and my boyfriend out. He was very patient and polite and made our food perfect. the best subway i’ve had forsure. will def be coming more often! c:

Very bad service was refused to make my order that I did on line the other customers came first and then had to wait over a half hr will never go there again the employee felt his friends came first before my order

I love subway. But this subway is a hit or miss. I go there and have some people that are nice and welcoming. But then have a lady there that is not very nice every time I go and she makes my sandwich or salads. I ask for avocado and she got mad that I asked for it after my veggies were on it. Then the next time I went the same girl got mad because she cashed me out before putting my toppings on and got mad because I asked for avocado on my sandwich before the veggies this time, because it cost extra. Don’t cash out people if you’re not done making their sandwich. Definitely makes me not want to go there as much and probably after this I won’t be returning to this subway again. Very disappointed.

There was a significant storm for the area and many people without power or snowed in. Jackie was the only employee in and was crushing it. She was quickly moving through the orders and managing the line. What a great asset to this location.

Was an excellent Subway for years. We ate here about every 2 weeks. But has gone down badly the last few months. For instance arriving 25 minutes before quitting time and finding they had already put everything away? "Too late, we decided to go home. Come back tomorrow?" 3 other times recently we've come during posted hours, like 1pm, and found them closed?Wrote management before I posted this. Not even a reply.

Was finishing up eating when we were reminded they close in 5 min. Kinda disrespectful when I was dining with disabled individual. He was unable to finish food the food away and will not return. Lack of ingredients was abundant or if more than they had in stock! Not giving subway good reputation as I will share my experience with people.
I went to the Jaffrey Subway at about 830pm last night. Not only was it immaculate, but the two woman running the operation were professional and amazing! The place was glistening. After all of that awesomeness, we got two subs which were incredible!!!!

Absolute nightmare of an establishment. Half the time they're out of stock of various items. The employees couldn't care any less about customer service and they are sloppy AF when it comes to making a decent sandwich.If you're planning on eating here, don't expect good service or what you came in for. And don't forget the wet naps because it's going to get messy.
