Waterwheel Breakfast and Gift House

My favorite breakfast place in New Hampshire but doesn't post on their Facebook that they are closed for over 2 weeks.

The food was great, I ordered something I would not normally eat anywhere else but knew it would be made from quality ingredients and I was not disappointed! Everything was delicious, very generous portions, too!

Sometimes, they have a long wait 45+mins. But if you get there at the right time, it's very quick service. Food is delicious as well, and the pancakes are huge.

Ugh. I wanted to like this place because the reviews talk about the great food. I got a western omelette and was disappointed. The eggs were browned pretty bad (overcooked) and because it’s cooked on a flattop, the egg layer is super thin although the omelette itself is big. I prefer a fluffy omelette. Also there wasn’t much ham and the green peppers and onions were not cooked down and tasted very raw. Could have used more cheese to hold it all together. The hash wasn’t anything special. It was just ok. They were super busy (over an hour wait)so maybe they were just rushing to get food out? Service was excellent.

Ordered breakfast while spending the weekend up north found this place omg the food is delicious and the large servings were more than anyone could finish great people great food keep it up we loved it there!

My family and I ate here before we went to Santa's Village. It's a nice family-friendly restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch. The waitress was friendly and our food was hot and fresh. I will definitely visit again. The gift shop is nice and offers many unique gifts.

Had lunch at the Waterwheel. It was near closing time, but we were treated like honored guests. The Rubin was outstanding, even the the presentation on the plate was noteworthy.

My husband and I brought our 2 granddaughters on a Thursday morning prior to Santa's Village. There were open tables and service was quick and attentive. Coffee was fresh. Prices were good and atmosphere was adorable. The gift shop was great.

friendly staff owners on site homemade pastry. food I'd to die for always plenty. pancakes you won't find elsewhere. waffles excellant. cute little nickname shop. just can't praise the Water Wheel enough.
