Would probably get 4.5 stars if allowed by yelp. Small local fish market that was very well stocked with a good variety of seafood items. Lobster rolls were very good (they have both ME cold lobster salad and CT warm butter styles available). Reasonable prices and good service. Fries were perfect - medium cut and perfectly cooked with alight crunch - and only $2 when added to an order. There is no seating so it is a to-go situation but there is a nice little park nearby with benches and picnic tables that we made use of. We found this to be a good midway stop on our trip between NY and ME.

The Lobster roll was on the soggy side but was still delicious. Will definitely be returning for some more fish food.

A trip to New England would be complete without some seafood. Several members of our party had never had a lobster roll and Jen's Market was closest. Very worth the experience. Although there is no seating in the Market, a public park is within a block for a great picnic. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and the staff stayed happy the whole time we made our selections and while they were preparing our orders. For me, the big winner was the clam strips, some of the best I have ever had. The generous serving and sides was more than I could eat in a single sitting. Four lobster rolls cleaned out the days salad, lots of chunks and not too much mayonnaise.

I will only go to jen's for seafood. no more from chain supermarket's. The freshest seafood in town.

as for the rude employee..I've met her too! Thankfully she no longer works there, yeah! I have always had great, fresh fish from Adam's. I have been buying from them since the Keene store opened ? maybe 8 years? Try the shrimp! So much more fresh tasting and tender than grocery store bought!!

Freshest seafood, courteous service. Review below from "CHRIST PARTAY" -- is cyber-vandalism, a character made-up for the purpose of harming this business. Christ Partay does not exist. His comments should be disregarded. He has no restaurant. I have no affiliation with Adam's Seafood, only as a very satisfied customer for many years.

Staff was rude, food is awful. I had been using them to supply my restaurant for a few months as I am shopping new suppliers for the season. - I will be releasing them as a vendor and filing litigation after Scott verbally assaulted my staff and later threatened them after I pointed out that a significant number of my guests received food poising from their food. Never again. Quality and management are sub par for anything that an intelligent person would shop for.

Y'all, you gotta go! Amazing service, and equally amazing seafood. I've been many times and never been disappointed. Regularly you can expect live lobster, sushi-grade tuna steaks, swordfish, cod, halibut and an array of salmon-types. They often have fresh or frozen specialty items like calamari, stuffed quahogs and crabmeat too. Also try their chowder and lobster rolls - best in town BY FAR.

The place to go for your seafood needs! Better than my own white clam sauce!! Try it!

Wow, visited here for the first time on Saturday. We picked up scallops and fresh swordfish. Both were OUTSTANDING. Great service, too. We will be back!!!

This place is a gem. Prices are usually less than grocery store and quality is better. Lots of varieties (like bluefish, even brook trout) that grocery stores don't carry. Friendly little local store just off West Street.
