I frequently crave pizza and have made do with frozen vegan pizza. It was super nice to have a hot out of the oven proper pizza. I hadn’t been here since they changed names. Had had a bad experience trying to order something that was vegan compliant. Excited to see things have changed

The only NY style pizza place in Keene as far as I’m aware of. A great change of pace from the near-unlimited Greek options. Zoe’s pizza is more of a NY Brooklyn style meets a new haven style due to the brick ovens. Love their pies too. Def check out underdog if you want a change from the Greek stuff.

First time stopping in and was hopeful for a good pie. It smelled great and appeared to have plenty of toppings as we checked it before leaving...you just never know. It tasted ok at the end of the slice, though it was missing something as you got closer to the crust. The crust was thick, sauce, cheese were non-existent and bland though it was doughy. I did add some Melinda's Pizza hot sauce which made it much better. A large deluxe, 16", for $24 was quite a reach for chopped not sliced veggies and little sausage. No complaints with the staff, they were pleasant and the area looked clean. We won't be returning ourselves but others may enjoy better. I do miss Amicci's which used to be in this spot

The TLDR is that Underdog has OK pizza. Not great, but good. We got a pizza to take out one night when our usual two places were closed. Ingredients were fresh, staff was friendly when we picked up. Atmosphere is non-existent, which is OK since it's a pizza place in a college town, certainly geared to takeout and delivery more than eating in.
Having visited NYC a lot and eaten a fair amount of pizza there, in my opinion Underdog is not serving NY style pizza - the crust isn't right. That's actually OK with me, as I'm not a huge fan of super thin crust. I would compare Underdog's crust to that of a good frozen pizza in flavor and texture.
But here's the thing: Restaurant food is expensive. It's about thirty bucks for a large pizza at Underdog. For the same price I can go to the local brick oven pizza joint one block away (when they are open) and get a far superior pie. Or I can go to the neighborhood pizza place around the corner and get a "pretty good" pizza for a bit less. Or I can go to the grocery store, get a frozen pizza that's about the same quality, and pay 1/5th as much.
There's no reason for me to travel farther to pay more for a pie that's just OK, so I doubt I'll revisit Underdog.

Got take out at this cute smaller pizza spot in this town on a lazy Sunday with my kids. The guy working counter was nice. The throwback early 80's theme was cool. Food was ok. Curly fries on point. Pizza very greasy not bad but a bit bland. All in all ok!

Worst Pizza I’ve had in Keene by far. The crust was so hard. Smallest cheesy garlic bread for the price. We won’t be going back. Makes sense now why no one ever talks about it in my 3 years I’ve been here.

First pizza I had in Keene. I keep trying other places and they are pretty bad compared to Underdog. I am consistently impressed. Delivery was fast. Pickup is easy. Underdog has become my favorite pizza here.
Best pizza in cheshire country. Ny style, thin with a nice crust! Sandwich's are out of this world! Steak-tip is next level! If you want awesome NY style pizza this is your place. Love that they do slices too!
Just ordered from Gage and he was so nice and personable! Had kind of a weird order, and he was very polite and found out how to get it ordered for us! Always love the food here!
