I usually order my daughter & I the loaded waffle fries w extra beer cheese & breadsticks w Alfredo sauce as a treat every other week. Today when we ordered and it got delivered, we were bummed to see there was no beer cheese for our waffle fries. ( my daughter loves it as she doesnât do ranch!).
I work in customer service & called Applebees just to let them know it was missing. The nice girl who answered acknowledged it was sitting there & she had wondered why .., she said she was sorry and I told her i was just hoping to get it next time ⊠she went and got the kitchen manager on the phone⊠his name was Dan⊠let me tell you, he was so kind and eager to fix the mistake! He went above & beyond and I want to say thank you again!
Iâm very pleased & they fixed the issue right away, & as always, the food was soooo delicious! Thank you Keene Applebees for making things right! Mistakes happenâŠ. Itâs how you fix them that truly matters.
***** Bummer⊠ordered a few days later from above episode and AGAIN they forgot the extra beer cheese for our waffle fries.., idk anymore⊠itâs 9:30 pm⊠have to work & donât want to even deal with calling⊠not sure who keeps forgetting but itâs disappointing & makes me not confident to order.

Had lunch with cousins recently, very disappointed with food and service, ordered small plate of chicken fingers very over priced and was never asked if I would like more coffee, it was luke warm. I will never go back or recommend Keene Applebee's to anyone Susan

My wife and I went in on Super Bowl Sunday to catch some of the game and grab dinner. We noticed a conversation near the bar start to escalate. We heard the manager (whoâs name was Jeff we found out) tell the bartender something about how he was going to leave a note about something and how the bartender âshouldnât be surprised if he loses his bar shiftsâ. We felt that Jeff was rather disrespectful how he went about the conversation. Instead of taking the bartender out back to talk to him privately, he spoke to him in a very condescending tone in front of multiple bar guests and many employees. As the conversation went on we noticed that the bartender would try to exit the argument but we saw Jeff continue to, frankly, antagonize the bartender and egg the argument on much longer than it needed to go. We then noticed him gossiping to his other employees about it. We found this entire experience to be very unprofessional on Jeffâs part and we felt so bad for the bartender we tipped him. We will not be returning to this Applebeeâs because if that is how the employees are treated, I canât imagine how he wouldâve treated us.
