Staff seems to be scatter brained. Took about 45 mins for food to come out. Mushrooms and onion on my steak were raw not sautéed requested no potatoes steak came sitting on top. Not good family dinner night.

Got won ton tacos to go at Keene, NH’s Applebee’s. The whole container was covered in liquid and they were soggy it looked disgusting. Drove back to have them remade and they were done in maybe 3 minutes and looked the same. Completely rude and didn’t even refund them. Never will go again.

Love the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, they also have a nice selection of drinks plus the wait was not bad at all, employees are very friendly and welcoming, plenty of parking and they have the option for curb side pickups for fast service.
every waiter we have gotten has been super attentive and friendly, and honestly the food is pretty good, and half off apps and happy hours lead to some pretty good prices!

We went in for the all you can eat chicken, ribs and shrimp. We couldn't find it on the menu so I asked the waiter. He said it was on another menu (he went and got that menu for us) we ordered and got our order in 20 minutes or so. We asked for seconds after a half hour the waiter came back said it would be another 5 or 10 minutes and suggested we take it to go so we wouldn't have to sit in the restaurant. I guess that meant no third course. I ate the 6 nuggets and left. I guess if you want to partake of this special you better plan on 3 hours we were there for 2 hours. And they weren't that busy.

Really loved the food and atmosphere there the pretzel sticks and beer batter dip are to die for and same with the bread sticks but most of all the dinners are cooked to your liking and the waiter’s and waitresses have a great personality it’s truly an amazing restaurant to take family
