When I called about my pizza looking like it was dropped on the ground, the girl was rude and they said it would take over an hour to replace my pizza. I asked for a refund and they could come pick up this destroyed pizza and never got my refund

Outstanding old school pizza joint. Food is outstanding. We got the chicken kebab plates and the chicken nuggets. Big portions, incredible value. Everything was fresh and fabulous. Taziki sauce was the best u ever had. Jimmy the owner came to our table to make sure everything was on point. Hard to find good old school pizza/sub/dinners places with multi-generational family ownership anymore. Athens is a gem.

Athens consistently makes great food in a city that struggles with constant restaurant turnover and there’s a reason why…….the food is great! Whether it’s a sub or pizza, the food is always fresh and delicious tasting. Every time I visit I always receive a friendly greeting and quick service, even during busy times. Seating inside is a little dated but comfortable. If you happen to visit during good weather there’s outdoor seating as well. There are lots of pizza options in Keene but I personally prefer Athens.

My go to pizza place in Keene. The spaghetti and meatballs are no slouch either. Wait times can get a bit long if you go during peak hours, but thats pretty standard for a popular place downtown. Just call ahead like 30 minutes and pickup and you'll be fine. Most things are in the 10-15 dollar range for 1 person.

Great house of pizza style restaurant. Food is delicious, especially their gyros and chicken nuggets. Friendly staff and good value
Stopped in due to a hankering for a gyro and was blown away. Portions were huge, prices were very fair, and staff couldn't be better. It was everything I remembered about old school Greek pizza spots from the city. LOVED my visit!

Great pizza! A bit different from what I am accustomed to in NJ, but being in the pizza industry since 1969, I feel gives me some insight. Super friendly staff. We got three pies and ate like kings! Love the way you order as well. So efficient. If you are in town or around the Swanzey area, Athens is your best choice for great pizza!
