Funky place. Spacious. Wish the menu was a little more varied, but the coffee is one of the best in Keene. Baked items are decent but not great. The sandwiches good for breakfast, bowls for lunch, entertainment at night. The staff are great and prompt.

My friends and I found this place and we're glad we did! Not only was the food delicious and filling, it felt like a safe space for us and we completely appreciated that. The servers were very nice and there was plenty of room to hold us all. We'd love to go again someday!

Went there today and ordered two drinks. The man taking our order had us repeat each part of our order a couple times and seemed like maybe he was new, which is of course totally fine.We ordered two large drinks, and received one medium and one large. When I asked the woman who handed it to me if they were both larges, she said no. I let her know I ordered a large and she told me I could wait until she was done making another order and I said no it’s okay, not a big deal. (It took them 20 minutes to make our two drinks to begin with, and she didn’t seem super happy I was talking to her)As we’re putting on the lids to our drinks, the kid who took my order said “she ordered a medium” and the woman said “I believe you” as if I was lying to them? Just poor customer service and rude people.It was funny too because when he asked what size I wanted, myself and my husband both said large at the same time which we laughed at, so I know I ordered a large. Anyways, won’t be going back

Their new space on Emerald Street is amazing. I could (and do) spend all day here on occasion. Not only is the space ample, well-lit, and gorgeous, the food and coffee are OUTSTANDING. Been coming here for years!

Food is great, but disappointing service today. Restaurant was not busy. Ordered a latte and never received it, due to an error on the servers part, until my party of 3 had all finished our meals. Asked the server for it two times during my meal, letting her know my meal was finished. With a third reminder, and after we were all finished eating, she delivered it without so much as an acknowledgment or an apology. I get the error, but a little kindness would have been nice.

This is the best little coffee spot ever! I only visit Keene to teach every 3 months or so at Antioch. I come from CA and literally get happier and happier the closer I get to Brewbakers. The best part is the baked goods! I met Emma, one of the bakers, and must say her talent is unmatched! The chocolate chip cookies are unlike anything I have EVER had before. I bring home a dozen with me now every time for my family. Sometimes they are not in the case so definitely ask if there are any baked. These are the best cookies in the world!!! Thank you Emma!
