Everytime we go they always forget something in our order. Yes we should of double checked but when they tell us what's in there it should be in there. Our trips here are getting less. We go to other fast food places and they have not forgotten anything. I just choose to come here because I think the burgers are good but they seem to have gotten to where there is way too much sauce and less of what is supposed to be on the sandwiches. I had the bacon king and it only had 3 half pieces of bacon. So how do we call this a bacon king burger.

Horrible experience with staff that dont wear gloves when handling the food. Soda machines that dont get cleaned and are just left there as is where is. Rude is an understatement to how people are treated.

I waited in the drive thru for 20m for someone else's meal then 5 more for mine. What did I get? Luke warm bacon doubles. One was old, and dry. Still are it because I was hungry, and didn't want to wait for 20m for a fix.

Only item that was a disappointment, was; did not / could not honor a gift certificate that we have!
I ordered the big croissant with all the meats....I had gotten it while I was in denver co and it was OUTSTANDING!!!.....BUT I got it here when I got back to New Hampshire.... it was luck warn to start with.... then I think they were on a meat shortage because it was half the sandwich I got in denver....I was so disappointed....will not go back
