We went to there before 5. Just a little slow but not bad. And we have coupon for with minimum purchases $1 got a chicken sandwich. It’s great.

Overall, a decent Burger King location. Service can be a bit slow at times, but it’s usually not too bad. The staff is always friendly, which makes for a pleasant experience. A solid spot for a quick bite!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered the Bacon King meal and both times there is hardly any bacon on it. They literally took 2 pieces of bacon and broke them in half! When these first came out, they had a lot of bacon. For the price I paid, I expect more bacon on this burger!

Very dehumanizing experience. The guy working the front counter, tall white guy, think his name is Gabe, was swearing while taking my order! I asked for cheese on my whoppers, but when I got the burger, it didn't have any. At first, I was just going to leave because I didn’t want to have to deal with that service again. I eventually decided I would ask for my order to be corrected, but when I spoke to that Gabe person, he told me that what I was doing was a good way to get punched in the mouth! I was appalled, especially as a 77 year old veteran, just trying to dine with my wife. I will certainly never be coming here again, and I advise you not to make the trip either.

I ordered, waited at least 7 minutes for ONE meal. I got in the car started to eat and on my 2nd to last bite a black looking ROACH climbed out of the burger wrapper. I was absolutely DISGUSTED and it was fairly busy in there, just thought it should be known that it was absouletly TERRIFYING for me to know a bug was in my burger! I will also be writing a letter to New Hampshire Department of Health for resturaunts. 15 dollars down the drain.

Went through the drive through and when we got our food we were missing an item. The lady in the window was very very rude and said “ I can’t take this anymore” and rolled her eyes. Then continued to say “ just take them and go” then slammed the window shut. We were willing to pay for the missing item. Very rude service.

Slow service, new kid on the register, didn't know how to use it, other frustrated customers around me and they got 3 orders wrong in the 20 MINUTES, I was there.

A Messenger

This is overall a well run restaurant with positive people who do a nice job. Unfortunately we encountered an individual today who is the only person working there who guards the sauce like it is money. We have dealt with her before and she has been doing the same thing right along and it cheapens the experience, particularly when the other workers are so accommodating. Today she told us that she would charge us for an extra sweet and sour sauce and we just left. This person was working the drive through and is an older lady. It would be helpful to the business if management straightened her out on this small issue that she has made large.

I still don't understand how Burger Kings can be so different from one another. I know it is run by different individuals, but geeze. Orders were incorrect, and the food was luke warm 🤦‍♂️.

Very slow staff unfortunately all these fast foods are hiring homeless and usually unlikeable people who are there but not wanting to be you know what I mean? I think they need to have a quality control inspector for all those places! I am able to be hired for that guys! I can go state to state etc?

Had a fly smashed and dead into the bread on my sandwich and rather then paying attention just wrapped sandwich and sent it to Mr absolutely terrible food service/cleanliness will never be back to the keene location

Since the Burger King returned to Keene, it's had its ups and downs. But the restaurant it is today is leaps and bounds better than when it started. The restaurant is constantly busy but even being behind 6 cars in the drive thru, it was less than a 10 minute wait. The food was hot and prepared correctly (I customized my burger and my chicken sandwich), and both the employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The food was great and the crown they offered tied the bow on a great visit to BK!
