I was recommended this place by a 30 year resident of Keene and I have to say I am dissatisfied. I ordered multiple items.
Service: felt like it was a bother to pick up my on line order from the moment I walked in.
Food: Garlic Parmesan Wings 10 Ct. The wings were undercooked at 125 degrees and gummy. The fact that 2/10 wings were wing fragments was unacceptable at 13.95 per order.
Pizza: Undercooked and it wasn’t even cut all that the way through. 25.00 for a pizza that isn’t cooked and not even cut again unacceptable.
Mozzarella sticks: Frozen and had a freezer burn and old oil taste
Chicken Fingers: Didn’t even try because after all the undercooked and underwhelming food who would.
Save your time, and money and just go to Athens.

Ordered an Italian with everything and with mayo and hots for take out. Received a grinder loaded with lettuce a couple slices of meat and tomato and a slice of cheese. No mayo or hots in site. Totally disgusting will not order from here again

$4 delivery fee on top of your order I paid 21+tip instead of 15 for a large pizza which is more like a medium size pizza Not worth ordering delivery from here anymore What is the fee for because it doesn't go to the driver who pays for all their stuff...

Have eaten here several times most of it has been take out but food is always fresh and service is great. Had a pastrami sub with peppers and onions grilled, my wife a and sister in law had steak and cheese subs. All were delicious and hot.

Last week we ordered a family size hamburger and pepperoni pizza, there was hardly any meat at all and half the pizza was burned. Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken grinder with ham and all I got was ham which tasted like a grilled Reuben. Called to complain and they couldn't even find the order even when I gave them the order number. I used to like Cheshire Village but lately it has gone way down hill. Still hungry!!!

I order take out often, and delivery every once in a while. Everything is always as I expect it to be! Hot, fresh, and ready when I was told it would be.
Side note -a few months ago I placed a delivery order. But the time it came, they were pretty close to closing time. I noticed my drink was missing. Being in the industry, I didn't call or anything -it wasn't a big deal.
Imagine my surprise when the delivery woman came back 5-10 minutes later, apologizing for missing it! Unexpected, and completely appreciated. Gold star!
