Portions have gotten so small. Ordered 1/2 & 1/2 extra meat. Barely have a scoop total. Rice was wrong. Didn’t have any chips available. Got a quesadilla that had about 6 pieces of cheese. Used to be great last 3 times was horrible. Had to give it another shot as I know how good the food could be

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store - at 7:30pm on a Saturday, the doors to the building were locked. I had to knock on the door a few times and when one of the employees looked at me, they’d ignore me. Eventually one of the kids behind the counter came to the door and asked me what the name for my takeout order was.

No cheese on the bowl, seemingly much spicier than typical, chips were wet with lime juice. Praying I don’t get sick from eating this meal. Other reviews are not making me feel any better unfortunately.

This one store is so gross. I don’t know how but the food tastes terrible. It’s definitely not a normal Chipotle. The chips were stale and unflavored. The white rice was mush and no cilantro. The chicken was burned and the guac tasted bad. I did contact corporate about this store. When I told my friends they said it was normal. How disappointing. I’ve never been to a chipotle I didn’t love, until now.

Ordered online. Said they had no chips when I went to pick up order, and told me to go online and request a refund. Also forgot to add utensils I requested, but did notice until I got back to hotel!

The sorry state of this location is for one reason only. The Owner. It is clear that the franchisee of this location has put zero effort into this location and you can tell that buy the cookie cutter response he will give to this review. This guy has no business savvy and should clearly not be allowed to own this chain. I hope corporate sees this and fines him heavily for the negligent actions that affect chipotles name. I’m going to Tito’s.

Visited chipotle on Tuesday of this week and found it to be subpar. For starts the food was not hot and was not restocked in a timely manner. Got tea and it was rancid. The juice machines looked like it had congealed sediment in them. The coke was out of syrup. The tables and floors were filthy along with the glass entry way. There were at least five or six people standing around. Hopefully things will get better as this was a favorite of mine.

Went in, stood at the counter, to order, 3 employees filling orders from a computer screen. No one else around. All 3 employees saw me and 2 of the walked back to get something from the back. No one ever acknowledged me. I was there more than 5 minutes. Finally I just walked out. Ridiculous, not the first time that has happened there. Won’t be back.

Came in on the earlier side today. There were a few online orders, like mine.. to my surprise, im watching 1 lady make all the orders, while another stares at her. And 4 of them folding boxes/prepping out back.. why cant anyone help smash out orders? Confusing mess. Teamwork!!
