Food was stale cold and sloppy. The employees are not friendly and trashy. The restaurant is gross. I will never go to chipotle again for as long as I live, and it’s because of this location.

The place is a mess, the employees are crabby and lazy. They obviously get paid too much. We made an online order and then sat in the restaurant waiting for 30 min while they meandered around. I asked about our order two times and the girl gave me an attitude. She finally made it and then set it aside so we didn’t know and then had cold food. Employees need a serious makeover

I write this review, to hope it improves! I will happily bring my business back, once it improves. I went 4x in one week. So not bad luck or anything!
Food was good, but 3/4 times rice was not fully cooked and still crunchy. Everything solid though.
Service is bleh, some people have been nice, others have been quite rude and not listening to what you ask. I’d be ok with worse food, If I was treated nicely!
Place is always dirty, garbages overflowing and one of the days - no ice in soda machine!
I would love to bring my business back! I hope this Chipotle improves.
EDIT - Location has really gotten better the past few months, happy to say. Way cleaner and ice is almost always back. Quite happy!!! Good on the management & staff.

Not clean at all, and burritos we ordered weren’t great as well. This place needs a deep cleaning ASAP.
I travel all over the North East for work and this is by far the worst Chipotle I stop at. Every single time I eat here, they are missing menu items. On my last visit, they where out of both fajita vegetables and chips at the beginning of dinner time. Additionally this restaurant is consistently dirty and the staff does not seem to care. I like eating Chipotle and I am only writing this review because I want this location to get better so I am not annoyed ever time I stop.

Terrible didn’t even put anything in my bowl the potion size for chicken is awful. The bowl itself looks unappetizing who ever made my bowl count your days.

I stopped in at this location on 7/17/25. Exactly at 11 AM. I don’t know the name of the woman who served me. I could just tell she was rude in the first place and not happy to be working or even greet me. I ordered a bowl and she coated the bottom of bowl in the thinnest layer of rice that I’ve ever seen. She then continued to put the smallest amount of steak in the bowl as well. She served me the serving that you give a toddler. Totally uncalled for and the biggest rip off when you’re spending $12. Not to mention, the location didn’t have chips and it seems like everyone was just fooling around in the kitchen. ANYONE ELSE THAT READS MY REVIEW, GO EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES IN THAT KITCHEN, HORRIBLE!
