-Ordered online which seemed to be easier then other local online ordering food businesses
-Order was easy to track using the ‘track order’ icon in the app and order was ready before projected time for pickup and order was correct
-Once inside to pick up order surroundings were clean, pleasant looking and I was greeted immediately once I approached the counter

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIANCE EVER!!! I CALLED AND ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS AT 10:21PM WHEN I HAD PLACED MY ORDER AT 9:18PM. THE FIRST TIME THEY ANSWERED THE GENTLEMEN STATED IT WAS ON THE WAY. THE SECOND TIME THEY ANSWERED (WHICH WAS AT 10:48) THE GENTLEMEN GAVE THE PHONE TO THE “MANAGER” WHICH WAS A REALLY RUDE WOMEN I ASKED HER WHERE MY ORDER WAS AND SHE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE!!!
