I called for delivery and the woman who answered the phone was extremely push and impatient during the entire call! It felt like I was bothering her to do her job!! I should have hung up and ordered elsewhere because it's not worth being treated the way she treated me over the phone. This domino's may lose a customer due to the woman who answered there absolutely NO reason you act that way in that position ever. Find a new job if it doesn't fit you.

This is a solid operation. The owner must know how to find and train quality people. Usually a small army working in there, more than I've seen in any other Dominoes, by far. Including in much more populated areas. We always pick up and have not had a single order late or messed up since the location opened. In truth I kind of miss all the free pizza from the former location resulting from mistakes!
That our "extra sauce" can vary greatly from order to order is about the only knock I can think of. Perhaps it is not always noticed and that could be improved.
Parking: Walk in to pick up rather than the drive up window if someone is already there. On a good day the window will be slightly faster but on a bad day (i.e. someone ahead of you), it can be much, much longer.

This Domino’s location is usually pretty good. The pizza is cooked quickly, and the drive-thru makes pickup super convenient, especially when I’m on the go. I typically opt for pickup, and the service has been smooth.
While Domino’s isn’t the highest-quality pizza out there, it’s consistent, which I appreciate. You typically know what you’re getting, and for me, that reliability is a big plus. The cheesy bread is a standout favorite—definitely worth adding to your order!
The app is user-friendly, making it easy to customize your order, track it, and take advantage of some great deals. If you’re looking for a reliable, fast, and affordable pizza option, this Domino’s delivers (literally and figuratively).

My experience last night with the manager Andrea was the worst I’ve ever had. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and refused to handle a situation. I tried to place an order through the app. The order never went through and I was charged twice. I went to the store to see if the order went through on their end because I had the two charges. She said that it didn’t. When I asked how to go about being credited for the two charges she said she couldn’t fix it she said that they were having internet problems and couldn’t help me. I asked her who to call and she said to call an 800 dinner. I attempted to, however, the number also didn’t work. It seemed maybe there was a global issue with their network. When I asked her if that was the correct number and told her it wasn’t working she said there’s nothing I can do about it and became very confrontational. I said that was an unacceptable answer as a manager and asked her to make a call to somebody or assist with a resolution. She replied with telling me to leave. Her demeanor completely changed when challenged and told her answer was unacceptable and she become incredibly confrontational and rude. She refused to address a concern, which as a manager is her responsibility to assist with a resolution. When I asked who to reach out to to make a complaint about her she refused to answer and again told me to leave. After reading other reviews, there are multiple reviews with the same behavior of Andrea. I left with multiple charges and no resolution. I’ll dispute the charges with my bank, but her unbelievable behavior needs to be addressed.

Super busy tonight! But the crew was holding it down and slinging pies! Ordered a stuffed cheesey bread and it was worth the wait!!! If you think your order is taking too long….take a look behind the scenes, they don’t stop moving!!

We had not ordered from Dominos before. We gave them a try in 2023 and we're shocked at how good the pizza was and how extremely friendly and fast the staff were. Using the app for orders and picking up in store is a breeze and you get great deals! Keene staff is a great crew!
