Why is it so hard to be acknowledged at the drive thru when you pull up? Just a quick “we’ll be right with you” instead of just nothing for 3 minutes goes a long way.

This store needs a lot of work. I ordered my coffee and donut paid and waited 7 minutes to get served. Donuts were not fresh not even close. Girl who took my order was talking to off duty employee. Which is why I waited so long I finally had to speak up to get my order. There was no one ahead of me. Worse DnD experience ever. FYI I’m foodservice pro I have worked at and with DND in the past at corporate. This store needs a mystery shopper. FYI no wonder yelp rate store 2 stars

Got the new daydream refresher and it’s just completely white. The guy on the register was rude to customers basically yelling at them to speak up or go slower.

They handed me my coffee the coffee and cream was not mixed she noticed and asked if i wanted a straw to stir it. When I did stir it the cream was chunky. 0/10

So I stopped by this Dunkin this morning as I needed to get gas and drive my daughter to school. She likes to get Dunkin beforehand so I figured I’d stop. Ok they were very busy this morning. I get that it was overwhelming. I got my hot chocolate first which was yummy…no complaints there. Then my daughter got her iced coffee. It was so hot it melted the ice in just a few minutes. Hot iced coffee? Never heard of such a thing…then I waited even longer for my pretzel sliders. They looked so yummy in the photo and when I I got them I grabbed the box and ran out the door cause my daughter was late for school. I opened the box and took a bite into my slider and the center was frozen…never been so disappointed with my order from this place
Every location that I've gone to there's always been a good atmosphere. The people there are friendly n they are very polite and they see to it that your very well taken care of
12/2/24 @2pm I ordered a medium hot chocolate, a snackin’ bacon and 25 munchkins. My hot chocolate was cold and quite literally half way filled, bacon was half burnt half undercooked and I was given only 10 munchkins, but was charged for what I ordered. So apparently none of the workers know how to do anything properly. Actually insane how bad everything was.

Undercooked, unseasoned food, and absolutely terrible service. They somehow manage to mess something up every time I visited. Just go to the other Dunkin in Keene, you won’t be disappointed.

Went threw the drive threw and I got a large coffee and when driving away I took a sip and had a mouth full of coffee grounds went back and asked for it to remade only to have a cup full of sugar and cream with a splash of watered down coffee!

I was avoided at front counter for trainee at drive thru and 3rd employee was too busy making food. I left without even ordering. I don't care if you are training someone, service both counter and drive thru. Kudos to Winchester Dunkin's for being so good with my order and they had same amount of employees, two only their second day of work. Great job.
