Feels vintage which is a plus up. Not easy to park at entrance isn't handicapped friendly. But food is as other dunking donuts.

Donut selection limited, and for heavens sake, train staff to know what a 'cruller' is, I know there are plain, glazed, and jelly - but they are all crullers; not "sticks".

This Dunkin never fails to amaze me with their chaos . The worst experience every time here. Legitimately could wait 40 minutes for an order to still come out wrong and inedible. Don’t waste your time or money. This place is a joke .

Worst place there can be, sat there for 30 god damn minutes for 2 simple coffees, have 2 people doing the whole place. wont be going there again, friendly staff but also terrible service. wont be going there again. and i hope the staff reads this. guy running it at 6am serves friends before customers.

Living Your Best Life

The service was the worst. They got like 3 drink orders very wrong just while I was waiting for my food, and that doesn’t include my own food, i was charged for multiple items I didn’t even order. I understand being a bit packed, but this is too much. I waited approximately 10 minutes for my food. I asked for my bagel toasted and instead it was very stale and was put in the the toaster for probably 5 seconds.

Very slow. Don’t expect to get your stuff fast. After waiting 10 min for a small black coffee. I didn’t have time for a refund so I said to give it to the next person and got attitude. I turned a bad experience into a good deed and they give me attitude for it and probably didn’t even give it to someone for me.

Service is extremely slow, absolutely no motivation to get orders out in a timely manner, employees texting instead of working. Terrible system among employees. If you’re trying to get a coffee in the morning before work/school I suggest going anywhere else (took 35 for a donut and coffee)

Out of all the dunkin locations in Keene, this one is by far the worst over all. Every order I've had from walk-in and through doordash- has always had something wrong with it. Coffees aren't made correctly or things are missing from my order (doordash gets blamed even though they're not the ones making the order.)That and service is slow and inconsistant even when it isn't busy.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Terrible service, barely trained staff, it takes 20 minutes to get a coffee and they can't keep their orders in order. You're better off going to the gas station next door.
