This place is poorly run poorly maintained they don't train their employees the donuts are disgustingly dry or overcooked in the coffee either tastes burnt or water down

Place is a mess. There is always people going behind the counter who don't have uniforms (friend or off duty employees i imagine) and making stuff for themselves. One took a cup meant for my mobile order that had a sticker on it and moved it out of the way to make their drink. Then because of that my order was messed up and late. Trash everywhere and very dysfunctional.

Still charging $1 for dairy alternatives for drinks. This goes for all Keene area Dunkin which is monopolized. Med Ice Coffee is .30¢ more than most other places combined with the $1 up charge, it’s greed. Staff is generally indifferent. Store is newer inside but never feels clean or welcoming. Greed and an air of “where else are you going to go” dominate this francishee

Do not order with the mobile app. They screw something up every time, and you don't know what they have in stock until you arrive. I ordered 2 toasted everything bagels with cream cheese. I got the bagels, and the cheese, but they were not toasted. Two of the donuts were not in, but the app doesn't know this. The last time, I ordered a lemonade refresher, and got a green tea. My Rockstar (could have grabbed one at a store instead) was warm.
I occasionally have problems with coffee having all the sugar at the bottom. That's gross. The coffee is never cold unless I order it that way. There was a time when midnight coffee wasn't available but still advertised, even on the drive-thru menu.
The filled donuts always have the filling by the hole, and never in the middle. If you eat from the fill hole, your remaining donut is just dough. I have to pinch the hole shut, and eat from the sides toward the filling to enjoy it more, saving the best for last.
The girls are usually friendly and happy with the exception of one or two grumps occasionally. The guys, they seem to all have "hurry up" attitudes.
I won't go to Starbucks because they don't have what I like. Do better Dunks... You're supposed to be the best.

I only have one issue with the dunking doughnut. Not all dunking keep their store clean as they should . I think they need to teach some of these young teenagers how to clean the right way .

My sister went in the drive thru for a sandwich and a drink. They ended up not putting an egg in the sandwich so she went in. The man working at the sandwich station asked “so you just want me to add the egg to that sandwich I gave you”. My sister said no you have to remake it because you can’t take food back from a customer since that’s contamination. He then gave my sister the worst attitude then made the sandwich again. This is going to Dunkin Corporate because that’s unsanitary to do.

This place is hit or miss. I stopped today for an iced coffee. Every time I get one, the cup is completely full of ice. Sometimes it’s so full of ice, I can’t get the straw into the cup. So this time I asked for less ice. The person making my coffee filled the cup up halfway with ice. When I asked if I could have it made with less ice, a woman started scooping the ice cubes out with a spoon. When I asked if she could remake my coffee, she rolled her eyes at me. That’s service with a smile. The young gentleman who originally made my coffee, remade it, and it was perfect.
