Also when they put three pieces on my avocado toast, unhappy then they took my avocado toast and put the bacon on it, which is illegal in case you didn’t know would like a refund came there around 3:11 fri december 26

I’ve had a generally good experience at this DD. The staff is typically friendly, and the coffee and food are usually prepared pretty quickly. While some reviews seem mixed, I’ve found it to be a reliable spot. That said, the drive-through line can get extremely long at times especiallyin the morning, so I tend to avoid it during those peak moments. Overall, it’s a nice place to grab a quick coffee or bite when it’s not too busy.
I ordered a 50 count of munchkins with glazed and choc only to get home to open them and it was a box full of only jelly which no one here eats Also gave me no cream cheese with my bagel That is unacceptable I really hope they fix this place soon

Once the girl heard dozen donuts she literally responded with eh that's too much! I'm trying to get out of here!
That is an unacceptable response for your customer! That is between you and your manager...
I asked for my bagel to be cut in half with cream cheese on it toasted I recieved my bagel cut in half like a sandwich not sliced like a bagel.
Last time I ordered it here it wasn't sliced at all and they gave me no knife I was trying to eat this on the road and it's not like you can dip it in hard cream cheese
This place has gone down hill big time. I really hope they will get a new manager in here (at the very least tons of training) customers do not deserve to be treated this way You do not view your customer as an inconvenience you are in costumer service you are there to take their order in a pleasant manner.

Always long lines ( both Court St and West St locations ) the Court St location is significantly better. Once in awhile the West St location will get the order correct, though not often. If it wasn't for the Cold Brew with foam I wouldn't bother going to either location. The Dunkin on West St in Keene needs an "undercover boss' to show up periodically .. they would be appalled.
