I’ve had a generally good experience at this DD. The staff is typically friendly, and the coffee and food are usually prepared pretty quickly. While some reviews seem mixed, I’ve found it to be a reliable spot. That said, the drive-through line can get extremely long at times especiallyin the morning, so I tend to avoid it during those peak moments. Overall, it’s a nice place to grab a quick coffee or bite when it’s not too busy.
I ordered a 50 count of munchkins with glazed and choc only to get home to open them and it was a box full of only jelly which no one here eats Also gave me no cream cheese with my bagel That is unacceptable I really hope they fix this place soon

I ordered a bagel, a coffee and a dozen donuts.
Once the girl heard dozen donuts she literally responded with eh that's too much! I'm trying to get out of here!
That is an unacceptable response for your customer! That is between you and your manager...
I asked for my bagel to be cut in half with cream cheese on it toasted I recieved my bagel cut in half like a sandwich not sliced like a bagel.
Last time I ordered it here it wasn't sliced at all and they gave me no knife I was trying to eat this on the road and it's not like you can dip it in hard cream cheese
This place has gone down hill big time. I really hope they will get a new manager in here (at the very least tons of training) customers do not deserve to be treated this way You do not view your customer as an inconvenience you are in costumer service you are there to take their order in a pleasant manner.

Always long lines ( both Court St and West St locations ) the Court St location is significantly better. Once in awhile the West St location will get the order correct, though not often. If it wasn't for the Cold Brew with foam I wouldn't bother going to either location. The Dunkin on West St in Keene needs an "undercover boss' to show up periodically .. they would be appalled.

Im a loyal dunkins customer so I will never swear off the chain but I think a manager or someone needs to take charge of this place.
I made a model order and I got my tea and coffee and it was put in the little area to grab so I did. I then waited 11 minutes for my bagel. It was placed behind the grab counter so I couldnt get it. It sat there for another 6 minutes before two people came over. They were having issues because drive threw mobile orders hadnt come threw and people were waiting. I had already waited long enough so I said, “Hey sorry is that a bagel with cream cheese?” The women who seemed to be in-charge put her hand up and said. “We’re busy.” She didnt even turn to face me before she started yelling at the workers again. Another minute passed before the man that put the bagel there came back and I quickly asked if that was a bagel with cream cheese and he said “Oh yeah sorry whats the name?” I gave him my name and he gave me the bagel.
I get people have hard days and customer/food service jobs are very difficult but I do not think it was appropriate how she talked to me and her colleagues. And a 17 minute wait for a black tea, a black coffee and one bagel and cream cheese is kind of crazy.

I try to avoid this Dunkin on my way to work because I end up waiting in their drive-thru line for 5-10 minutes. I decided to give them a try again today and once again waited in line for 7 minutes. The food is fine but the wait is way too long.
