Worst place in keene for Chinese food. Soggy food. But the problem didn't start at the food as I order from their "online order" tab which brought me to square. I ordered my food then headed to the restaurant where they didn't have my food ready/hadn't started working on. I waited about 20 minutes for my food and then they requested a payment. Which I already paid through square. I showed the lady my receipt and she proceeded to tell me she didn't accept square. Then proceeded to laugh and make it like a joke. So they ended up double charging me. Worst customer service and subpar food. This is my last time as a customer. Go to any other Chinese restaurants as these people clearly can't keep up with the standards of the other places in keene.

Amazing food at an amazing price. Was missing the Boston area cuisine and this hit the spot. Dinner combo D9 is outstanding. By far, one of the best places to get Chinese food in Keene. Thank you, will be back again for sure!

I have tried over a hundred different Chinese restaurants in my life and Feng Tong Chinese kitchen has the best barbecue spare ribs I have ever tried in my entire they are mouth-watering I haven't tried something like this in my lifetime. All their Chinese food there is absolutely to die for. Especially the barbecue spare ribs if you like spare ribs you have to order some of these they are mouth-watering and I guarantee you when you try them you will say just what I say they're the best in the ? world hands down 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went there after working all day on remodeling our kitchen. The place is close to our house so figured we get take-out. When I got home I double checked the price & found out they had overcharged me by $10.00. When I called the place back the female answering the phone said prices on the internet were wrong & had not been updated in (as she said) YEARS. When I told her they should update or remove the ad/menu all she'd say was no. The place is a cheat & I'd suggest never going there. I know we'll never go again.
The food was rather bland, with none of the spiciness that had been requested. The vegetables were overcooked and did not taste very fresh. This was a disappointment, as the food in past years has been quite good.
