Great burgers. Love the fries when the oil is fresh and the fries are hot and recently cooked. They are not always. The dinning room is simply filthy. Every time I've been in the last two years. Take some wipes with you because they don't even leave napkins out that you can use to wash your table off. And, while you are standing in front of the person who took your order, you must choose what tip you want to leave while paying. You stand in line to order, and pick up your food. This is awkward and unnecessary since there is no service to even tip.

No stars!!! This restaurant has sunk so far down when it comes to cleanliness and food quality. 1st few years after it opened this place in Keene, Nh. was the best. These past few years it's done a 180.Today will be my last time eating here.
Management here is amazingly courteous, the five guys would be proud
