Went there and ordered a sandwich. I waited a half hour to watching people come and go to find out my order had never been started. When I asked for a refund the man behing the counter told me he didn't know how to do it

If I could give this zero stars I would. They literally put raw bacon on my sandwich which made me sick. Literally never ordering from this shop again. It was blatantly raw and the person putting my sandwich together didn’t even bat an eye.

Give the people who worked afternoon/evening shift on 9/3/25 a raise!! Jersey Mikes has always been a favorite of mine, but the staff and atmosphere was incredible today!! All of them were very friendly and loaded my sandwich up (loved it). Truly the best sub restaurant

I always have to customize my order and it's never a problem they are always happy to fulfill my request and every thing always taste sooooo fresh! I highly recommend! I have only been to this location but I just moved and there is one next to my work and I am so excited to try it.
