🌟 KFC + Taco Bell Combo 🌟

Where crispy chicken meets crunchy tacos! šŸ—šŸŒ® The dĆ©cor is fun (bucket lights, secret recipe wall), the dining area bright, and the Pepsi ā€œFilling Stationā€ adds a cool retro vibe.

We opted to go inside since the drive-thru was taking forever with several cars waiting. Ordered KFC this time. Food came out hot and flavorful, though it took a bit, and some tables were sticky.

A decent combo spot where the Colonel and the Bell join forces—just be ready for a wait and maybe a quick wipe-down, if you’re eating in. 🌌✨

Manager was unprofessional and rude, when asked to have a conversation she refused. I wanted to talk to her about why she was taking photos of my sisters vehicle in the parking lot sending it around and saying nasty remarks. The lack of professionalism shouldn’t be tolerated and should have consequences.

for the 6th time I've tried to order a pot pie they are never available 3 times in a row I've ordered a 3 peice they give me a two they just lost an every day customer real smart kfc Keene keep up the great work

Terrible customer service. The cashier had a bad attitude. I had forgotten I had been there a year ago and got the same attitude from (I think) the same cashier. I have never seen a worse attitude from a cashier. I'll never go back to that particular KFC

The service here is awful here. They purposely push off door dash orders and just focus on drive thru. Which isn’t okay because that effects the doordashers income. Longest i’ve waited with only 3 other orders from inside is 45 minutes. I’ve heard the workers give customers attitude when something is misunderstood or when complaining of how long it is taking. This is fast food… If i place a mobile order a half an hour previously it’s because I want my food when I arrive. Many do so before lunch breaks and before arriving to their own jobs in which puts people in bad positions and causing your customers to be late.

As usual, our delivery from this KFC tonight was wrong - 3 piece chicken only had 2 pieces and an entire kid's meal was missing. Last week my husband was there in person and was horrified at how the manager was yelling at his staff. They really need to do something about this location.

Wasn’t even busy and waited 25 minutes for a mobile order that I didn’t receive and it said on the app it was ready but yea I waited for 25 minutes and didn’t even get the food because I was tired of waiting

Took me over 20 minutes to get my food and the floors are very dirty and the trash was overflowing. No drinks due to water issues in Keene and a water was $2.70 which I feel should have been free since the meal should have come with a drink. Very disappointed.

Waited 30 minutes for food just to have the order messed up, which whatever, things happen. But they get one star simply for how they treated the worker running the counter, I believe her name was Nora. She was extremely kind and helpful but the way her coworkers treated and spoke to her, made me never want to come back

Norah the front end lady was absolutely a doll and did her best to help. The other workers on the other hand not so much. Not sure who the ā€œmanagersā€ are but not only were they extremely rude to Norah. Myself and other customers witnessed the managers berate and belittle her. Now onto the food. My order was messed up 2x, now this isn’t a big deal, things happen and I get it. A lot of the food had gone cold by the time I got home because I ended up waiting about 45 mins for it. Some of it was already was in the car then had to bring some of it back in because it was the wrong stuff. All in all, Norah the front end lady who was on cash register was the nicest and sweetest person. She was very helpful and went out of her way to try and make things right. The managers, not so much. They should honestly be fired just from the way myself and other customers heard the managers speaking to Norah and others.

At night time its like russian roulette. You might get your order, the order of the person in front of you, or the other of the person behind you. Sometimes you save money though, so there is that.

Came in to grab what we thought would be a quick bite to eat before an appointment. Instead waited 40 minutes to receive our food and half our order was missing. This location was also out of larger cups and only had small cups available and still charged full price for the drink despite the size availability for cups. Multiple people waiting for a minimum of 30 minutes for food orders that didn’t come out correct or were missing items as well.

Wouldn’t let us make 2 separate orders in Drive thru, when we were the only people there. If it’s busy? Sure I get it. Empty? Told us to drive back around 🤣

I hope this was just a bad experience, I hope I can change my review down the line.
