Went there today. Asked to see manager about a problem. The idiots could not find the manager. Everytime, I go there my interaction is worse. They should close up and open a Chick-Fil. The product is better and the service is far better. Everyone who works there has a terrible attitude and walks around like they are stoned out of their minds and do not want to be there. One of the questions below is what did I get. I got greif for my wanting to give them my business. This is a standard occurance. at this location. I am currently searching for the district manager's phone number. Maybe he can explain what the problem is?

Here we go again...I keep trying to get good food, what a joke, got my family dinner from KFC. Ordered Mac and cheese, nope not in the bag, ordered gravy, no gravy, ordered extra biscuits, no extra biscuits. Ordered nuggets, nope....no where to be found. Got charged for it though....big money for not so good soggy chicken. I just don't get it.....you can read, you take the order, but you can't do your job....what the hell, at least drop the prices...Keene restaurants and fast food places are a joke. Honestly how hard is it to read what goes in the bag, then put it in the bag....not rocket science. So fed up

I vist the keene kfc almost every day. I place the same order every time and almost every time my order is messed up. I've never once been rude to any employee there yet my food is constantly messed up and when I ask for a remake of said item I'm met with rude and nasty looks and today 10/29/23 a window slammed in my face when I tried to speak to David one of the mangers at keene kfc. It's very unprofessional to disregard customer service when literally working in a fast food business. If someone was allergic to a suace and asked for it not to be on there or made special and they didn't that person would be dead most likely. Working with food you have a certain responsibility which the keene kfc is lacking.

I recently visited KFC with my kids, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was absolutely terrible. Despite my repeated attempts to ask for plates at the cash register, the staff completely ignored me. It was as if I wasn't even there.To make matters worse, they didn't even bother giving us a receipt for our order. This is the second time I have received such awful service from KFC, and it's time for me to leave a bad review. I sincerely hope that the management has a plan in place to address these ongoing issues.Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive the basic amenities they request. It's a shame that KFC's service has declined to such a low standard. I hope they take these reviews seriously and work on improving their customer service.

I went in with my dad and the cashier was rude as hell along with my chicken tender being smaller than my thumb. Seriously gone down hill, and I thought they were their before......Parking: Not great parking I usually park on the staples side wear employee parking us.
Every time we come here the employees are rude. Our order gets messed up almost every single time. We ask for a receipt and are told they can’t provide one, very convenient for them. Even the staff manager, Dave, who we dealt with today was like this. This used to be one of our favorite spots to go for quick food years ago, but now it’s a chaotic disaster. There was one night we had a very nice lady that made our order perfectly and I wish I could remember her name, but hopefully she can go somewhere with better people and pay because she deserves the best. I know others gave her a hard time for the wait time, but there’s only so much you can do with limited staff which we do understand. What we don’t understand is the poor customer service and constant overcharging and missing food from others.

We've tried them several times but no one here pays attention at all. Today we received the wrong order once again (fries instead of potatos) and we got a tiny box of what KFC calls chicken nuggets, which is the size of pop corn chicken. This location is now dead to us. Plenty of other restaurants to spend our money at. If we could rate them a zero, we would.

Worst KFC ever? It's entirely possible. Placed a mobile order, show up a few minutes early, don't see anything waiting in the quick pick-up area. That's fine, I'm a few minutes early. App notifies me the order is ready. Weird, still no food in the pick up area. Go to ask, the person that has seen me obviously waiting for something says "how may I help you?" I explain I'm here for a quick pickup order, the app says it's ready but no good in sight. "Oh, we'll start working on that now"Why did I bother placing a mobile order if there's no time-saving benefit to simply walking inside?Then I'm informed they're out of mashed potatos. It's 12:30. Peak lunch time. And you're out of what may arguably be the most popular thing you sell?So now I paid an extraordinary amount of money for... French fries. This location is terrible. If you're looking for KFC, skip this place and get it another day.

Do not eat here. We ordered chicken tenders and they were small thin pieces of chicken (?) cooked so well that you could barely chew the tender. $42 for 12 tenders we could barely eat. Threw most of them away.

Yesterday (8/11/23) I ordered my lunch and waited patiently until 3 customers who was in line behind me got their food first and i kept waiting. I was very upset! I should have gotten my lunch before the other customers did. I wasted my whole lunch break waiting!!!! I may not go there again unless they did better!
