We went today with friends and VERY disappointed! Each couple orders onion rings and fries and was all soggy and undercooked!! Burgers tasted horrible!! Staff were nice but, food was disgusting! Definitely not going back!!!

The food here is incredibly mediocre. And for the price we expected at least better than fast food. Sadly, that was not the case. On the day we went we were the only customers, so one would think that everything would be perfect. Quite the opposite. We ordered the teriyaki burger and the portobello mushroom with roasted red peppers and feta combination. First off the buns were grocery store quality and barely big enough to hold the burgers. But the size of the burger and the mushroom were so small (6 oz? I don't think so) that they at least held the food. The teriyaki burger was not cooked correctly- asked for medium and it was totally cooked through. And tasteless- no teriyaki flavor and the grilled pineapple was meh. The portobello was OK, but nothing to write home about. And since we split the burger and the protobello, this was the opinions of both of us. The fries were a super big portion, but a bit greasy and limp. Overall, spend your money somewhere else.

Like the other reviews say...Great onion rings!!! Big, flavorful, crunchy, and that can be a meal on it's own. I didn't even get a chance to take a picture of my burger because it was so good that I ate it like Scooby Doo.
Great portion size for the price, super clean restaurant, and the guy behind the counter was polite, funny, made good conversation about football while we waited.
They're family friendly; there was this big chalkboard and kids were just laughing and drawing away while parents ate and watched.
Definitely a 10/10, great job, and thank for the awesome food!!!!

They make door dashers and people who already placed to go orders wait in long lines while their food sits and gets cold. They send you to the back of the line and dont care whatsoever. A lot of the employees are very stuck up. And the guy with the bandana has a major staring problem.

I tried them years ago and remember them being pretty average but wanted to give them another shot. Unfortunately things have gotten significantly worse.
I ordered a pink burger, it came out overdone and dry on a cold bun that wasn't great quality.
We ordered fried pickles, assuming they would be fried. They were excessively breaded and baked. It felt like I was biting into sand with no moisture.
One of my kids chicken tenders went uneaten. My other kid did like their plain cheeseburger for what it's worth.

Guys seriously, amazingly good Juicy Lucy burger. A nice huge 1/2 lb pattie, and the captain crunch tenders were so good with honey BBQ! Glad to have purchased the online keene deals coupon and use it for a great stop in! I'll be back!

This one hurts... This used to be one of my favorite spots in Keene. The food was fantastic and I didn't have a single critique for it... Now not so much. Some context here. Due to staffing issues, the place went seasonal. So, they were closed for a number of months. We were excited to come back when it opened expecting the same quality and flavor present before... Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Now, it still tastes good, but I've tasted their best and this wasn't it. My critiques are the bun was not of the same quality. It seemed like they bought bargain ones compared to the sweet potato I was accustomed to. On top of this, they changed the seasoning mix for their fries. Before it was a simple salt and pepper like mix. Now, it stings the mouth to partake. That being said, in another restaurant this might work and your first time here you might not know better. Thus I'd still say you'll find this place a treat. But... for those of us who've tasted what it was like before... you might feel a bit of disappointment. Granted this was early in their season and maybe they didn't anticipate the flow of traffic coming and the opening went a bit rough. At least, this is what I hope. On the flip side, the place was much cleaner and more put together than before. A new sheen of brightness made the place pop. The staff is just as friendly as ever and ready to help. I do encourage you to make this a stop on your visit to Keene!

orders to Juicy Lucy, which are a 12 OZ Patty with cheese stuffed inside it Kind of on the pricey side and the lettuce was not as fresh as I hoped. One burger did fill me up and one to take home. Would not come back for a 2nd time
