Had an okay first experience. We didn't get our cocktails until we were done eating and didn't really care for either drink once they arrived. The server apologized for the wait and I understand the bar being backed up, but we ordered two drinks and it took over 45 minutes to get them. I also didn't like my meal. I think the dandelion greens were kind of gritty and the steak I got was mostly fat, so it didn't seem worth the price to me. My partner enjoyed his food more than I did, and ate a lot of my steak at least. They gave us a free dessert, which was nice, but I can't say I enjoyed the experience. The dining room is pretty bright and loud so the ambience wasn't great. The service was pretty good, but overall, it wasn't worth the wait or price point. Not sure if we will return.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable evening at the bar last night. The owner, Jordan was behind the bar and he really elevated the experience with his expertise and obvious passion for the business. The oyster happy hour drew us in and did not disappoint with fresh local oysters, but there are multiple rotations of specials that you could take advantage of such as the three course dinner and jazz that was being hosted on the other side of the restaurant while we were there. We had oysters, chicken dumplings, the chicken sandwich and a burger all of which I’d order again. The wise one cocktail was perfect for me. We were told the kitchen was a little backed up and food might be slower than expected, but we thought the timing was great for a leisurely dinner. Definitely a spot to check out.

I went for a specialty themed Central American chef's selection dinner that was 7 courses. It was so good. Apparently they do a special like that every month. Also they have great drinks. I'd easily go back again.
I had the lamb curry, strawberry cheesecake, and coconut lime margarita. The portion is responsible. I had plenty of room for a beer with dinner, dessert, and an after dinner cocktail. The curry was good. Mild. I would have liked some greek yogurt with it and a bit more spice, but it was good. The cheesecake was fine, not NY style by any means, but good. The cocktail was interesting. I wouldn't call it a margarita. Was loud with only two other tables filled. Why sit people right next to others when the rest of the room is empty? Struggled to hear my date on the other side of the table after the tables next to us were seated. Needs work on acoustics. Bathroom ceiling is creepy. Glass panels and greenery that moves - it very much feels like you're being watched. Will return. Food is good. Just a few odd interior design decisions.

Went here for my sister's wedding. We did the tasting menu, but they let some of us order off the main menu due to some of us having sensory issues with foods and the kids that were disinterested in the tasting menu. Service was excellent, the drinks menu is thorough and delicious. Staff was great with the kids giving us paper and markers for them to play around with and opening up a small corner if they wanted to get the wiggles out, the kids didn't end up doing that but the staff was very gracious to them.
For people with mobility issues there is a big step up at the entrance so I'm not sure if it's accessible by wheelchair by the front entrance.

Update: As I have read your explanation, it may be helpful if you notified your staff. I called and asked about the situation and they didn't bother to explain any of this. Their response was "I have no idea why it even says that. I am just a bartender." Either your staff doesn't know, or they are unwilling to provide the service. We would love to stop by, but unfortunately your explanation just raises more concerns.
Sadly, this place boasts wheelchair accessible dining, but they have several steps one must climb to get inside. Clueless.
Unfortunately we were seated and sat for 25 minutes without acknowledgement so we left without being greeted or served.

I’m a simple guy. Just wanted a burger and a beer. They didn’t have my boring beer, so I tried a new one. It was amazing! And the burger was cooked to perfection! Service was fantastic and I can see us coming back!
Awful!!! Food sucks. Drinks trash...Get your food and drinks starteds up. Otherwise shut the place down. Save your money people.!!

This is me and my partner's favorite place in town! We usually go late, so have never had issues with service. Food is probably the best small bites in town, and the atmosphere is what attracted us to it in the first place - soft lighting, intimate, classy with a hint of speakeasy rebellion dancing on the edges, a good allure no doubt. The price could be considered on the medium to low high end, but it's always been worth it.

The arugula salad was delicious, and the smoked Hollandaise sauce on the chicken schnitzel was amazing - and I’m a Hollandaise snob. The braised greens as a side were also delicious, portion size was great and the service was excellent!!

Super cozy atmosphere, friendly and accommodating staff/cooks (they made special variations for our kids as they don't have a kids menu). Not all our dishes were 5/5, but it's a rotating menu so I can't judge that it is the norm.

This place is amazing! The staff so warm and friendly! I mean “Real People”. My first time here and wow! The welcoming and hospitality of the drinks and the knowledge of the staff and what they recommend that pairs with your food is very helpful. The Menu, the food! Like never before have I ever experienced such an experience of clean eating, nutritional goodness and presentation. celery bisque, lamb shanks, Oyster Rockefeller, salmon, and the salads are so delicious and healthy! Definitely my favorite by far escape from the boring choices of Keene.
