Our first time there to celebrate with family. It was really pretty inside. The service was excellent and the food was great. We definitely will go back!

I did a fast pivot to Keene after a weird experience in a nearby town - and Margaritas was my first stop and first meal of a weird, long Friday late afternoon. The waiter, a really nice guy, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I had a sort of special order and it didn't quite arrive right but rather than make a big deal out of it, I just went with it because at that point, I didn't really care ... the restaurant was exactly what I needed at the moment. I had a margarita and it was delicious! Plus, I was in a kind of weird head space and forgot the comic books I'd just purchased around at a nearby shop... I remembered them hours later - went back and they had held on to them for me! Feeling very ditzy but, again, everyone was so nice, I just chalked it all up to par for the course.

We went for a late lunch yesterday. The waitress was rude and refused to seat in a booth. Instead we were directed to bar stools in a noisy uncomfortable area. She stated that we could not use a booth as they were dirty and she was unable to clean them. When I pointed out there were other patrons sitting in booths she stated those booths were clean. We left as it was unsuitable for us to eat in a setting surrounded by dirty booths.

Even though it was packed from pumpkinfest the service was fast and our server Maddie was awesome! I made the interesting decision of ordering the taco gigante, their 2 pound taco that if you eat in one sitting you get free tacos for a year (but fine print is only one/week). I immediately hated myself for the wastefulness I knew was about to occur when I laid my eyes on it. The bacon was so limp and wiggly and stringy. I only maybe made my way halfway through, and that was already way too much….honestly, if you’re on the fence, you might not even want the prize of free tacos after surviving that experience. But their queso is worth its weight in gold, and you can get one free when you get their app. You’re welcome for both saving you from a bad idea (taco gigante…unless you really like a challenge and think winning a free taco per week for a year is a cool trade for that!), and helping you make a good one (free queso).
