They are rude and the management is worse. They make fun of you but mess up the orders my coffee was just a little cream no sugar or not stride i try so hard too be nice too these people but they act like I'm a bother and the male manager acts like he wants too hurt you. The female big manger acts like it's ok too give pup cups then makes fun of you as your pulling off. My ADA puppy demands pup cups because she gave him one. They never smile and there never wrong. Corporate please fix these miserable people. I got coffee all over my u haul van because the lid wasn't all the way on. And my face taste the bitter black coffee. I've been trying too call but it's a automated system saying press the number your trying too reach. Enough already please 🙏🏾

The absolute worst service of any McDonald's. There can be 0 cars in drive thru, still at least 5-10 minutes for service, if at all.

I have to be brutally honest, I live in this area and this is by far one of the most understaffed McDonald's I've been to. The dining room is often closed earlier that stated also during the winter in order drive guests out they keep the dining room heat close 58°f. I paid $12.00 for a Big Mac meal no trays just a bag why should I be forced to use a kiosk? The employee's see you standing at the register and do nothing. During the winter be sure to bring a heavy jacket when entering this place.

You expect fast food. At 8:00 at night it took nearly an hour in the drive thru. To top it off. The buns they gave me were stale. How long does it take for McDonald’s buns to go stale. Absolutely disgusting and never going back

My food was made exactly how I ordered it and it was still hot when I picked it up. I ordered from the app and picked it up in the drive-up. I customized each burger and the whole order was correct AND it was ready when I arrived! Great service!
If Hazel Jordan is managing the service is incredibly slow and horrible! She's incredibly lazy and a poor excuse for a manager. Its always when she's managing the place is terrible and slow. Her husband is almost always at the restaurant as well and acts like he owns the place! He needs to take a shower, have better hygiene, and leave customers and employees alone! DISGUSTING.

Great spot to grab a quick bite. Get some fries onion rings. We had a couple of cokes. They were very helpful and quick. Bathrooms were clean. And we were out in a jiffy. Check them out you won't be disappointed.
