i got the grilled cheese tomato soup duet and it was perfect. and from signing up with the Panera club thing or whatever i got a free cherry pastry (AMAZINGGGGG) whole place is so cute and the bathrooms are also amazing. not to mention the freaking sip club free trial for three months ??!!!!!! love itttt

Normally I love Panera but this just felt so lazy 😅 I paid $9 for this half sandwich and there was so little it almost didn't cover all the bread once spread out. Not worth going back to fix since I drove all the way from 3 towns over to pick up.
We recently used Panera of Keene's catering service and it was excellent. I worked with Brenda on the order and she was very polite, courteous, and helpful. From the time I placed the order with her until she showed up for the delivery ahead of schedule I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Brenda!

I love the food at Panera and I go every single week but I have to say the salads are always so skimpy there’s like no lettuce in there. I don’t understand why I’m paying so much money. I literally walk out spending $37 and there’s like nothing in my bowl.
