Great stop, right off the main road. It is a perfect place to stop and eat. I have been here when it was really busy and been here whe. No one is here. I always get great service, delicious food and a nice ice coffee.

I've been to several Panera recently from FL to NH. Keene is by far my favorite. The staff in Keene are friendlier than any of the others I've stopped at and the store itself is more open and brighter.
The food & coffee are always great, but the cafe is not inviting. I don't like it. It's cold & plain. The previous place on West Street was so awesome. It was warm, inviting & had character. I miss that place a lot.

Young gal covered in hickies and I mean covered ,took our order, spent 50 bucks , asked for dressing for my salad and another gal very unprofessional said she would need to take a look at my salad in order to determine if they would give me dressing or not. My husband intervened and immediately ended the nonsense and the supervisor I spoke to could have cared less what happened. The manager sat at a table eating the entire time and heard the whole show and did nothing. So bad in there...never again. All the staff we saw was poorly groomed , overall unprofessional, table was filthy .

New location. It's a bit cramped; it's cozier with fewer people. I haven't much else other than bread and soup (broccoli cheddar is creamy and filling - though I prefer a larger portion than what they consider a bowl). Their lemonade is more like a vitamin water than homemade lemonade.

Panera is not for those counting carbs because you don't want to pass up a bread bowl for your soup, or the mac 'n cheese, or a baguette with your salad, or a sandwich on a baguette... Panera's bread is what you want when you crave bread! Love their broccoli cheddar soup!!! They have some good drink options, too. And their flatbread pizza is delightful. Service is interesting because it is cafeteria style, so you order and then wait for your food to be ready and take it from the counter, then you scrape off your dishes and throw away your garbage, and leave your dishes at the disposal station. There's not a lot of support or interaction with the staff. The atmosphere is clean and has a warm café vibe. Unfortunately, I've found that Panera has become really expensive, so it isn't a place I can go to often.
Wrong, my order is wrong every week. I like to treat myself almost every week to a Panera sandwich to save myself time. This café must have mostly new people or people who don't pay attention to the details. The managers are willing to give coupons to make up the money I spent on my order but they not interested in either hearing feedback or in making improvements in the attention the order makers pay to their work. Everyone I interact with is pleasant but the end result is the same - wrong food.

Service really stinks. Not friendly or helpful. Food is great! What we have really been upset about though is that there is no veggie soup anymore. It was our favoriteVegetarian options: Bring back 10 veggie soup and more vegetable dishes
