Love the Piazza but the last 2 visits were disappointing. On first visit, asked for toll house brownie with ice cream. Got a chocolate, stale brownie. Second visit the Sam thing happened, so I said something and she apologized and gave me a re-do, however the toll house brownie was stale and hard. Please just say there are no brownies or make and keep them fresh.

This place is unique in that they carry ice cream from several companies. Unfortunately it isn't very clear which comes from where when you are there. I recommend checking out the website in advance, which seems to have most if not all of their flavors listed and attributed accordingly. I was happy to have done exactly that because Gifford's is so ubiquitous and merely "OK" in my book. By looking at the website I was able to walk in with an idea of a non-Giffords flavor that I wanted to try.
+1 star for offering multiple brands. -1 star for not making it clear which is which on the in-person menu -1 star for 2 smalls and a kiddie all with no extras +tax and small tip coming to nearly $20. Makes the grocery store awfully tempting.
Ice cream is amazing. Priced very affordable. The customer service was amazing.

Hadn’t been to the Piazza since they had moved from downtown Keene but oh my! Don’t know if they changed ice cream companies or what but I may have had two of the best flavors I’ve ever had — Chunky Chocolate Mousse Raspberry & Three Geeks And A Redhead (I like raspberry and chocolate flavors if you can’t tell). Service was also excellent. Despite the long Memorial Day weekend line, the girls working were getting ice cream to people very quickly and keeping everyone happy. I do kinda miss the downtown Main Street location but the new spot offers an option closer to a lot residential areas in NW Keene and had a good amount of seating/space for families to enjoy their ice cream.
Parking: Plenty of free parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp up to the serving/ordering window (it’s on a deck) for anyone in a wheelchair or unable to do stairs.

(Please read entire review. Owner(s) made the situation right in the end)I ordered sorbet looking to try something different (first time here) and ordered 2 kiddies. Both myself and the person I went with took a few bites and didn’t like it so we were unable to finish it. However, what lead to my dissatisfaction is we both got sick from the sorbet and have very upset stomach’s just a half hour after eating it.EDIT: Our money was refunded the same night I originally posted this review without me having to call and ask. This leads me to believe that this occurrence is not normal and the owner(s) is an honest individual. I would absolutely do business with them again. The other customers appeared to be thoroughly enjoying their ice cream. And again, the customer service was excellent. I’m happy to see there are business owners who are still honest.
