They were super helpful making sure my ice cream and cone were gluten free even making sure I knew which ice cream had the potential for cross contamination! The ice cream is generous and delicious 😋
This place is unique in that they carry ice cream from several companies. Unfortunately it isn't very clear which comes from where when you are there. I recommend checking out the website in advance, which seems to have most if not all of their flavors listed and attributed accordingly. I was happy to have done exactly that because Gifford's is so ubiquitous and merely "OK" in my book. By looking at the website I was able to walk in with an idea of a non-Giffords...
Stopped in for a PB Cup + Reese’s Pieces Nor’easter and wow—this was no ordinary swirl. Creamy vanilla soft serve, generous mix-ins, and a peanut butter punch that hit harder than a Force push. Sweet bliss in every spoonful.
