Wow! We just moved back to the Keene area and stopped at the Salt & Lime truck. Fantastic! Street Fries with chorizo, pickled veggies, malt vinegar aioli and farmer's cheese. Sorry Fritz, these are the best fries in Keene! There was chicken taco special that came with chicken hoisin sauce along with pickled veggies. Companion gave these two thumbs up.
Awesome place. Can't wait to stop again.

Isaac’s food is THE BEST! Such amazing flavor profiles and fresh ingredients. You can never go wrong with what ever version of tacos and fries he has on the menu. It’s a food truck so seating is limited but we just eat it in the car lol
