Madelyn was exceptional at making this experience a pleasant one to remember. The tea and treats are flavorful and fun, while the ambiance is unique and oddly comforting. Fair pricing. I'll certainly be coming back next time I visit Keene.
Superb customer service. I was looking for a few specific items and some were locked in a cabinet. I was helped, very patiently, while I examined the items and selected the best choice for my needs. I was never rushed or felt as though I needed to hurry. I can’t wait to go back and perhaps enjoy tea service one day soon.
