After reading a lot of bad reviews, I wanted to add my take. I’ve only been to this Starbucks once (passing through Keene), but the service was excellent. The baristas were friendly, attentive. The atmosphere was inviting. I spent a couple of hours here using their wifi. I noticed an earlier review about a racist attitude from an employee. Of course, i can’t say since I wasn’t there, but the crew at this Starbucks was diverse and seemed to treat everyone well. I saw no long waits. The drive-thru window was bustling with people picking up their orders quickly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I stopped in starbucks to get a coffee
And the girl behind the counter was too wrapped up in conversation with a guy that had already gotten his coffee even after the man from the drive through came over and took my order. I still waited for her to make my coffee. She would stand there with the cup in her hand just talking and talking. To the guy. Even after I left, she was still talking to him.
I think the priority should be to make people's coffee and give it to them. Not hold it in their hand while you're yacking with another person, it was very rude and poor service.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this Starbucks location. I appreciate their seasonal drinks, and we often enjoy the iced coffee and pastries. The addition of great lunch sandwiches has really enhanced their menu, and it seems like they’ve made a noticeable improvement in that area. Additionally, the baristas here are always friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

They wouldn’t accept a $100 bill. The coffee was really old. At least they got my order right this time. Maybe I’m just spoiled by Brewbakers and Prime Roast!

This location is such hit or miss. It's slow when there's no one there, completely disregard customizations (That you're paying for!)

I decided to try something other than my standard drink through mobile order as they were out of several menu items i typically go for. I decided on the iced matcha lemonade. I did not make any alterations to my order this was straight off the iced tea menu. Upon arrival the matcha lemonade was made hot. We addressed the baristas explaining that they prepared it hot it was ordered as iced showed them the order on the phone they claimed they made it correctly and claimed they could find nothing in the menu for what I ordered. Asked them to please remake it iced and they made it hot again. Honestly just another reason to choose the local spots instead going forward.

my friend and i went through the drive thru, ordered only 2 drinks. there was one car ahead of us and they were at the window for like 20+ minutes. my friend and i then watched the workers hand out only 2 drinks to the car in front of us. when we pull up to the window, the man confirms our order, goes back behind the window for another 20+ minutes, comes back with 2 small drinks, one being hot when we both ordered iced large drinks. so we hand them back and correct the man. Another 20+ minutes goes by, a girl that hasn't once spoken to me about our order, comes to the window with yet another hot drink and asks if i'm waiting for a latte, when i'm still waiting for 2 ICED LARGE DRINKS (one a macchiato and one a shaken espresso). she goes back, the man finally comes back with my friend's drink. ANOTHER 15 minutes goes by, he finally comes back with my drink. we leave. i taste my drink. tastes like watery milk with a splash of coffee flavor. i have never in my life been so disappointed and upset with a drive thru experience. i wasted so much of my time and money, only to receive a shit tasting sorry excuse of a beverage.
