Extreme physical pain!! Both a friend and I had the caramel brulee Frappuccino yesterday and within 15 minutes of drinking them felt severe pain from our breast bones , down through our stomachs. Drank drinks at 5 pm. Pain all night long through this am. We did not eat anything the same. Just the coffee. Tried to phone them (Starbucks). Call will not go through to them. Considering ER.

One of my local Starbucks. They do a good job and are very friendly. The only downside is they’re always understaffed by 1 to 2 people, so the wait times can be undesirable during a rush, but that’s not the workers fault of course.
Great coffee every time

Kenzie was so kind and seemed happy to help us not as if we were bothering her like some of the other workers at this location have acted. Her hard work and positive attitude are definitely noticed and appreciated!
How about you complete orders in order so people don’t have to sit there for a ridiculous amount of time while watching people who ordered after get theirs. Not the first time. Certainly the last. Happy to save the 5.00 and frustration
We were on a time table to go somewhere else. Not super urgent, but had to keep moving. We both ordered a sandwich that needed to be heated. The teenagers working the place were talking and didn't communicate the order properly to the other. After getting our drinks and waiting another 5 minutes, I noticed both girls on their cell phones. I asked them about the sandwiches. They both acted surprised and said if I still wanted the sandwich, I would need to wait until they heated up the oven. They said it takes about 8 minutes plus the time to heat up the sandwich. I let them know I unfortunately don't have the time and would like to just get a refund. They both stared at me like a cow looks at an oncoming train and told me they didn't have the power to give a refund and would have to call a supervisor. The supervisor came over and said that Starbucks doesn't give refunds, only gift cards. I let them know how ridiculous this whole situation was and that if I pay for something, I shouldn't have to monitor the waitstaff as to whether or not they have to make it.

Customer service is horrible on top of waiting 20 mins for 2 coffees, which is unacceptable. I understand times are tough and nobody wants to work but…… the coffees were made wrong ? two times. This has happened a few times and I’ve let it slide but unfortunately I will not be going back to this Starbucks ever again.

What a disaster! Order my Carmel Frappuccino. They ended up not having the coffee base for my frappuccino which is whatever things happen. But than couldn’t figure out how to refund my card. After 10-15 mins asked if I would take something else for a drink. I was like I’ll just do a hot chocolate. Well after getting to my car and taking a sip once it cooled down a little. It ended up being a cup of hot milk. Not hot chocolate but a cup of hot milk. It wasn’t even worth Turning around to have to teenager blankly stare at me some more

To Starbucks employees have to work really hard. It's like a never ending line of work. I couldn't do it. I appreciate that they do it for me. I always leave a tip. I've had friends that worked there in the past and There's like a strict set of rules, You can't be late or you'll get fired. So I like to let them know I appreciate them and the work they do. I especially appreciate whoever shows up in the morning and opens it. Goodness knows if I couldn't get my coffee I would be very sad.

The slowest Starbucks I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The poor kid behind the counter was by himself while a dozen people were lined up around the place all waiting 20+ min for drinks. They need to hire more help or close, staying open while only one person can work isn't fair to the workers or the customers.

Waited in line for half hour to get 2 beverages. Only one employee behind the counter. Bless her heart.
I don’t support what this company is doing and I will no longer be buying from this
