I’m glad it’s permanently closed. Location was horribly mismanaged. Way too overpriced for what you’re getting. Not to mention the condition of resources (mold in soda machine, lack of proper temp checking tools, smoking/damaged toaster oven) The only thing it had going for it was previously having a discount for late night orders, but that was done with a few years ago.

Do not place an online or mobile order here. I placed an order for lunch, you the confirmation email and headed to pick it up. When i got there, they told me there didn't have the ingredients and that's it. When i asked (after a blank stare from them) how i get a refund since they weren't able to fulfill the order, they told me to do it online. After getting home, i realize subway have a way to request refunds for unfulfilled orders online. Tried calling then, but the phone was off the hook. I went back down to the store, and was told the system was down and they didn't know how to process the refund anyway.
At this point, I'm done and just going to have to dispute the charge since they don't know how to handle orders that they can't fulfill. Do not risk it. I know i won't be ordering from them again, the hassle of trying to get made whole when they take my money but can't provide what i paid for isn't worth it.

Felt very unwelcomed. Didn't even make a complicated order; Turkey with cheese, tomato lettuce and mayo. And he acted like it was such a pain. I have bad social anxiety so it did not help.. gonna stick to ordering on

I paid for a subway. Miss placed it an not even 10 mins down the road turn back around. Asking if I placed it in the store an got as an answer nope nothing here. When I ask what they can do to replace it. They said nope that not my problem for miss placing it. But we can give you a bag of chips tho. I’m like come on man. Really. He said yup like I said not my problem. I’m also an out a state worker living in hotels so it was needed. Plus why would I spend another 23$ a tip 10% again. They need some one new there. If it was my subway at home they always take care of customers an be like yes we can replace your subway.

Whole bunch of what looked like pot heads messed up my simple order and were very rude when I asked for the bathroom and I ordered. The three whole employees there took forever with the orders and were complaining out loud on the job. Along with the apathy one of the employees had their pants sagging all the way down to their knees and I could see their boxers in broad day light. Not friendly at all nor any sense of urgency or speeding up when the line got bigger. The employee making the food missed a meat item in a sandwich which was the nail in the coffin in my opinion. I tried calling them around 15 or so times after but no one ever picked up once it just kept hanging up after 31 seconds waiting. Awful service probably a last resort location now.

Would be nice if they could decide on the late night hours I have been there in the past 3 weeks on Thursday and friday at 1am and they haven't been open.but says 2am is closing.

I got a huge mess of a sandwich and it wasnt toasted, when the flatbread is supposed to be toasted. Also the flatbread folds in half, not like a wrap. I have received sandwiches like this is the past. Insanely unacceptable.
Ordered online, paid an extra almost 4$ for bacon on my sandwich, and when I got home I realized they didn’t put it on. :(
