I stopped by this KFC/Taco Bell location for lunch and decided to try the $9 Discovery Lux Box deal. The person at the counter was friendly and seemed in a good mood, which made for a nice start to my visit. Unfortunately, the experience went a bit downhill from there.
The soda I got tasted off—it was very light on syrup, so it didn’t have the flavor it should. As for the food, it was okay but not great. The wraps were a big letdown; instead of being properly folded, they were more like open-face tacos, nowhere near what was pictured or how a Crunchwrap is typically made.
The biggest disappointment, though, was that this location doesn’t support the Taco Bell app. That meant I couldn’t earn points on my purchase or customize my order the way I prefer. I get that I could have just told the cashier my modifications, but using the app is not only easier for me—it likely makes things smoother for the staff too.
Overall, while the service was pleasant, the food quality and lack of app support made the experience underwhelming.

I ordered a 8 piece tenders meal and the 7 tenders were ready when I got to the window but I am currently an hour and a half into waiting for anything or anyone I’ve had problems in the past with waiting a normal 30 minutes for food when it’s busy, but this is crazy for 8 tenders very unsatisfied with my visit

Waited over an hour 2 days ago for a $200 order to be made they kept saying we’re just busy I watched them take and make over 25 other orders while ignoring the one I was there for that had come in first and was fully paid for horrible service except for Nora she is the best employee they have ever had so thanks Nora for making them make my order!

Crazy! It took 45 min to get through the drive thru. Based on these reviews, that's fast. The food was missing stuff and burned beyond recognition! Why even open? Are the staff OK? We saw at least 4 workers. It was 8 p.m. not midnight. This place needs to be inspected and/or investigated. Never again!
By far the worst service of any restaurant in town. I frequently have to wait 30 minutes or longer for small, simple orders. Not worth your time.

I usually come and go without an issue at this location. Sometimes my order is messed up and I don’t go back because I understand people have their days and it’s just a little mess up and thankfully, I can eat anything off the Taco Bell menu. BUT I would just like to say I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and a cheesy gordita crunch… and I got one cheesy Gordita crunch and the window slammed in my face after that bag was handed to me. I can’t go back either because I am going back to work myself today. I understand people have bad days, but please don’t bring your bad days into your work. It is completely unprofessional and not OK to do. I don’t care what job you have..

Counter person was friendly and knowledgeable about menu items, helping customers find what they want. Service was extremely slow getting food and one order was not correct even though it was entered as ordered. Tables and soda area dirty
Fresh made food on our first visit. It's worth another visit for the next time

Drove out 40 minutes to arrive at 12:19 (they close at one. Arrived to locked doors and a turned pff drive though. Another man who had placed a door dash order was waiting trying to be let in because he had already payed. They staff inside all had their winter coats and bags on one even had a cigarette in his mouth (unlit) they all simultaneously yelled that they are closed i stated that the site says that they are open until 1 am and asked to them if they could speak to someone who could change that. And a young lady stated “i am the manager and i cant do anything about it” which i know based off every fast food chain is wrong… all round rude slimy people.
