Worst drive-thru I've been to.
The last six times I made my usual order, they kept messing up. Most incompetent staff I've ever seen.
They can't take ingredients off their items when asked to. My last few burritos all needed sour cream taken off and they didn't listen.
They put my cheesy gordita crunch in the bag upside down so many times I stopped buying cheesy gordita crunches from them.
They only sometimes remember to give you your condiments even if you remind them when you get to the window., so you end up having to go back inside if you want your diablo sauce.
So now I refuse to waste my money there and tbqh I want my money back.

Drive-through service is very bad And also, he don’t open the front door 9 o’clock close It’s too bad service and also when I give order then I want to pick up almost more than 45 to 50 minutes who can wait I say nobody coming here. I’m never coming back here. Because always my order is like $60 to $80 but I don’t like the service I am right now also waiting for my food He said right now he say you don’t have black beans. Unfortunately can't give it a lower rating than 1 star. Took my young son and nephew in to treat them to a quick lunch. We never even got to order. Stood in line for an inappropriate amount of time, not even greeted by anyone. Also the crass and vulgar conversations coming from the kitchen were a pretty lousy thing to have to hear. We ended up leaving as well as 2 groups of customers behind us. KFC/Taco Bell should close this location. Fire all of the workers and start again somewhere else.

Ordered door dash, saw all the reviews of the wait time. After 50 minutes of my dasher waiting there i had called. I had just moved here and my fiancée said it was possible no one was even there. Thankfully someone was an an hour later got my three items. The nacho chips are way too salty (not even the toppings dim the taste of salt). The other two items tasted fine.

We had KFC. The service was amazing. The person serving us was on it. Very friendly and polite. He was a young gentleman. I am sorry I did not get his name. The food was great, and we got two meals out of the bucket.

Absolutely awful experiences here repeatedly. I LOVE Taco Bell, and I sometimes just want something from here. Always a 30+ minute wait in the drive thru. Magically, they don’t have online ordering available.. so the normal box you’d get online only, you’re not able to get. Piecing those items together separately is almost double the price. Workers are incredibly rude and often mess up the food or miss items entirely. When you bring up the issue right then, you are then waiting another 10+ minutes to have the order fixed, while he stared down by the associate at the desk. Absolutely awful.

Kfc manager was extremely rude to his employees and multiple customers while I was they had messed up 3 orders in 20 minutes and took extremely long to make food the manager definitely needs to learn some manners and respect if he going to work with customers
