I hate to leave bad reviews but someone at corporate should know how horribly this place is run. Today took the cake… the lobby appeared open at 9:15 AM, 15 minutes after the posted opening time. We saw people inside so assumed they were really open. Got to the drive through, someone started to take our order before they said “not open yet”.

Confused, we assumed the drive through only may be closed. So, we went in. Staff saw us enter and said nothing. Others were eating so we felt confident we were good to go! We tried to order from the kiosk but it failed. Tried a second time, failed… not a single person working ever approached us to check in. My husband went up to the counter and waited for someone to come out. People saw him, repeatedly walked by, and still ignored us. Then, one of the people eating ran up to the counter yelling “mom! Mama” to one of the employees. There were 5 or 6 people eating and then it occurred to us that they were actually all family of someone working. Still, we waited. We were never approached. We were never checked on. We were never acknowledged.

Absolutely horrific experience and, regretfully, I can no longer patronize this establishment.

I ordered 32 dollars worth of food and tossed it away every hard taco shell was stale and broken and was not good they smelt terrible and just stale. It tasted like cardboard if you want taco bell just go anywhere else but the one in keen.

The worst experience I have had in a KFC. The management team here should be concerned. Customers' before me were waiting for more than 30 minutes. I was there for 15 and the employees were stumbling over each other and arguing. I do not plan on going back as the workers were handling the food (chicken) with plastic gloves, handling money, and containers with the same gloves. The disregard for customer safety and the spread of germs is not a priority at this KFC.
