My friends and I went for lunch today. The waitress basically tried to memorize the order and had to repeatedly ask what it was. My pot pie was fine. Our friends chicken and sides were fine. The guy that paid though, she (the cashier) put in the wrong order, the. Replaced it with uncooked chicken.Not to mention no napkins.We will not be returning to this location.

I am pregnant and have been diagnosed with HG. I rarely crave specific foods. Today has been a VERY hard day with my cat slowing passing away and vets not helping me. I send my bf to go get us some food that’s over 25 min away because that’s what my body wants. I had him order 3 soft taco supremes, And a chicken quesadilla… this is what I got. You can only imagine what the rest of the food looks like. I’m very disappointed

Service was mediocre. The food was more or less tossed into a bag carelessly and missing part of the order. The server didn't get our name right. Overall, I was dissatisfied.

This is a decent location with friendly service. Rarely do I have to wait to pick up my food. The quality food is a bit above other locations.

Hate to give a bad review but I can’t stand how cold my food is everytime I come here. I always get the spicy potato tacos, and without fail they’re ice cold when they come out the drive through window. I genuinely don’t understand how they can be cold instantly. The service is usually fine, nice people, can be kinda slow but not the worst.Vegetarian options: Glad that I can substitute beef for beans on most items

We tried to use the app to order because they were offering a good deal for a variety of items. We chose the store, then we ordered. Once we went to place the order, it said online ordering is not available at this store. We used the drive up, and the deal was not available in the store, and the same items cost us twice as much as it would have with the online deal. The person taking our order was very distracted and admitted so. We ordered chips and cheese dip and were told they knew what we wanted. We got home with our order to see a package of nice warm cheese dip and no chips. I guess they didn't really know what we wanted. The rest of our food was typical Taco Bell, fast food, nothing particularly bad or good. Why encourage the use of the app when it can't be used?

This kfc/taco bell restaurant is always out of something whether its rice, drinks, toppings, etc. When you go inside you have to wait so long to get service and once you do your order takes forever to come out. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, don't waste your time.Parking: there is a very tiny parking lot that you end up getting stuck in because the drive thru line takes forever so you cant pull out
