I am a Tito’s fan for sure and always went to the one in Brattleboro while visiting my sister. I was so glad you were coming to Keene! I have ordered several times online and did a pickup this past week and was so disappointed. The serving was half the size (I can get 2 meals out of the burrito bowl) your staff making it was friendly and all but I feel they have nothing on the Brattleboro staff. The cashier was NOT friendly didn’t speak to anyone and just rung people out randomly without acknowledging the person in front of her. Maybe you should have Brattleboro staff come and show Keene how it is supposed to be done. Never a bad experience there for me but Keene?? Just a nope for now.

I had posted a not very positive review last week. I'm writing to update that. My not so great experience was noted by and quickly responded to by Tito's Taqueria. I was heard and my complaints acknowledged, and I was very generously compensated for my poor experience. I am now looking forward to going back. I will stand behind a company that listens to and responds to customer feedback. Thank you, Sarah Dunholster, and all at Tito's. I'll be back!

Wow, what a great experience we had and very happy we finally tried Tito's! We ordered the chips with guacamole, Chipotle Lime Pork Tacos and a huge Burrito. Everything was incredible! The flavors move around your mouth like silk. I really don't know why anyone would complain about the price - it is not any more costly than anywhere else and the ingredients are as high-quality as you can get anywhere in the area. Just writing this review is making my mouth water!

My wife and I came in for lunch and had two burritos. They were some of the best we've had in the area. The atmosphere was quite and they are featuring some local photographers art. We had a wonderful lunch and are excited to return!

Not many vegetarian options but when I explained that I'm allergic to cilantro the staff were amazing about accommodating.
Vegetarian options: They don't have any fresh veggies it's pico, lettuce, and grilled veggies
