I have been ordering every few weeks since they opened. Only once has my order not been what I ordered, but no sense in going back and complaining since it wasn't that big of a deal. Fruit is always fresh.

Stopped in with the family to grab a few smoothies, and we were not disappointed! We tried the Sunrise Sunset, Jetty Punch, and Avocolada, and each one was delicious. The staff was super friendly and quick to take our order, making the whole experience even better. I was pleasantly surprised to see they also have flatbreads, wraps, and sandwiches on the menu. We didn’t order food this time, but we’ll definitely be back to try some on our next visit!

Just tried for the first time and I'm a new fan! My only "complaint" is the food portions were a little smaller than I was expecting but still delicious! Will definitely be ordering in the future! Yummy!
When I said I wanted a smoothie place in Keene, this is not what I meant. Tropical Smoothie tastes like ice and sugar, and I'm confident that that is mostly what it is. I used to go to Tropical Smoothie as a kid in Florida. I stopped going when I asked for my favorite smoothie (blimey limey) without sugar. It wasn't tasty at all. I tried a smoothie recently to see if any has changed since then. It has not. If you're looking for something healthy, this is not the place. If you're fine with sugar and ice with some fruit thrown in, this might be the place for you.

Overall the food and smoothies are good, i’m just a bit disappointed in how their grand opening went down. i was one of the people who showed up early that saturday to get the free smoothie for a year, and i was told i’d be contacted to get the free smoothie card and i never was. I just assumed a business would be more honest and trustworthy.

When I get a smoothie I expect it to be made with all fresh fruit, not filled half with ice. They also don’t advertise that their smoothies have added sugar in them to make them “taste better.” As someone who’s deeply health conscious this place really disappoints me. The smoothies taste good but they’re not what I was looking for. I’m looking for REAL healthy foods not people who market as healthy when they add sugar syrup to my drink. I’ll never come here again.
