I filled out an application online and been in contact with hiring manager to set up an interview she canceled the day of interview and we rescheduled for that following Friday she wasn't there for the interview another worker named Ashley was there who did it Ashley said they were desperate for shift leads which I applied too it has been over a week and I called a few times to see how my interview paper was she said she hasn't looked at it yet okay cool I get that I went in during my lunch and after work to meet her in person at this point i haven't even met her just phone messages and calls she was never there then today she says they are staffed up like really! Thanks Kaylan for wasting my time and getting my hopes up really unprofessional not to even meet someone Intrested in the job

The menu offers plant based options but the manager refuses to order these ingredients and puts the stress onto the employees. Creating issues with doordash and online orders. Unfair to the employees out of the laziness of the management. Employees are kind and helpful as they can be.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Keene and had a great experience! The location was clean and bright with a welcoming tropical vibe. I ordered their Island Green smoothie and a Caribbean Jerk chicken wrap, both of which were fresh and flavorful.
The smoothie was perfectly blended with just the right balance of sweet and healthy ingredients. My wrap was packed with veggies and well-seasoned chicken. The portion size was generous enough to be satisfying without being too heavy.
The staff was friendly and efficient, preparing my order quickly even during a busy lunch rush. Prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided. My only small critique would be that seating was somewhat limited, but I was still able to find a spot. Overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a solid option for a quick, healthy meal in Keene. Will definitely return to try more of their menu!

Definitely too much ice. The smoothie was alright but it had a watered down flavor to it. I also didn't realize that the smoothies have added sugar, which is unfortunate. Worth a try but The Works is the same price and much better so I will probably keep going there instead.

Pretty bad customer service it’s like they don’t want anyone to order anything I felt bad for putting both employees out to make my smoothie. Good luck won’t be back I’ll stick with YOLO in downtown Keene.
