Kaylyn is truly an outstanding General Manager!
At first, I didn’t know who was behind such a spotless, well run cafe but after several visits and consistently exceptional service, I had to find out. And finally did.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and strong leadership. The team is friendly, service is generally quick and everything is consistently fresh. It is a clear reflection of how well Kaylyn and her team manages the location.

I stop by often and regularly see her working hands on. She’s professional, attentive and you can tell she genuinely cares about both her staff and customers.

It’s so rare to see this kind of leadership these days. Five star experience every single time!

I have always gotten great service here by the only person I have ever seen working who says she is the manager who I have tried to tip in person when using the app, she stated she can not accept tips. Recently the tropical smoothie App requires you to give a tip on your online order. When you are only having one person in the building working and that person is the manager who can not accept tips why on earth would you make tips mandatory for orders. This is bad business in my opinion who are the tips going to and the tip or tip amount should be up to the consumer not the business! I will not order again from a place who makes it mandatory to give a tip on an order I pick up when the person who is working and making it is not getting it!
Hope this changes!

I am an avid customer here but lately I’ve been not wanting to order from them. Seems like the last few times I have ordered either it’s not made right or they are out of something or they don’t give me everything that I ordered. I always pre order before I get there and it say 10 minutes and I always give them at least 15 minutes and lately my stuff has not been ready when I get there. I’m starting to get very disappointed with going there and they are about to lose my business.
